Starbucks at Silverton Village

I love this location! Best customer service!

I ordered a trenta in a drink, I realized they gave me a venti and I came up to the front and they just shrugged it off and said they rang me up for a venti but I was actually recording on my phone to show my friend how pretty the inside of this location, and I did indeed say trenta. just lack luster service and unfriendly blonde male with a bun.

Love, love, live this starbucks! The staff (the ones that have served me....Gabby, Ivy & Brian are the best! I have the best of both worlds wonderful coffee & the best baristas in the world love you guys!

I ordered an oatmeal to go. They charged me for blueberries on the side without asking me. And when I got home to eat, I found out that they did not even give them to me.

I just wanted to say thank you so much to Shaira in the drive thru. (11/4 0630) I spilled my espresso and she gave me a wet nap to clean myself. It was so appreciated!!! Thank you!

One of the worst experiences. And it’s repeated. Every time. Games are so bad. Never have won. Spent 2 hours in there. $400 down. And I don’t bet minimum. Won free games. Biggest win. $2. Never was offered a beverage nor reallly saw anyone around as far as servers go. Will absolutely never go back.

I don't know why I keep coming here every time I come here- they have messed up my order.And I hate the casino tax-, even though they're like 1/4 a mile away from the casino, they're still a casino, because I guess they're connected to the silverton...
This is why tourism is down..ripping people off

I love the look of this location, especially the architecture and outdoor seating. Very nostalgic. It's wonderful for chatting over coffee when the weather is nice!

VERY disappointing experience here. I got a hot matcha latte and it was BOILING hot! I called and spoke with Melissa about the issue and she couldn’t care less and was dismissive. She didn’t offer any alternative other than “I’m sorry I don’t know what else I can do for you.” For someone like me who loves and drinks matcha daily, I truly regret coming here. Probably the worst Starbucks location ever. Melissa needs to be trained in customer service.
