I came to this Starbucks yesterday morning and ordered some coffee, a bagel, and avocado spread. The avocado spread was an extra $2 charge which I knew as I go to Starbucks very often, but when I received my bagel, the staff member let me know that they had no more avocado spread. My wife ordered online and asked me to pickup and said that they would just call her name. She gave me her phone so I could check status. Got there a couple minutes before the app said it should be ready. They're calling names but not my wife. App keeps saying "in progress" so I wait and wait and wait. We stay at the Cosmo frequently but have noticed as the years go on service has progressively gotten worse through out the hotel. Starbucks is a first stop early (6am) in the morning and have always very much appreciated the employees who work in the morning, but nowadays it is more than clear the morale is down, no one has any hustle behind their work or seems to care to create a positive experience for their customers.
