The Starbucks is more expensive than other Starbucks, but it’s understandable due to its location on the strip. A grande Matcha latte was 8.65 for reference, in December 2025. There is a lot of seating and an art installation.

However, there have been issues with gold cards not properly scanning for points. In recent years, service has progressively gotten worse, with employees appearing to lack morale and hustle. It is suggested to double-check that points are being added and to take receipts to the rewards desk if there are any issues. Despite this, early morning service is often appreciated. The inside is bigger than expected, with a separate room past the bar where drinks are picked up, allowing customers to sit and enjoy their beverages comfortably. The staff is friendlier and more helpful compared to other Starbucks on the Strip, creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors.
