Anyone visiting Vegas and looking for good keto, gluten free, sugar free (and some dairy free) goodies, you gotta stop at Starburst Parlor. It’s all fresh made - sandwiches, pizza, gelato/sorbato, cupcakes, cookies, bagels, coffee drinks cold-brew. Even there coffee flavoring syrups are homemade. Such a cute little mom & son run retro cafe.
PS - the Goodfella sandwich was da’bomb dot com!

Visited Las Vegas for a wedding and grabbed breakfast from Starburst Parlor. All I can say is WOW. I’m blown away. Having been diagnosed celiac at 35, I never thought I’d eat a fluffy biscuit like that again. I can say without hesitation that I will absolutely positively be back.
I've been following this page for a while now. I spent a weekend in Las Vegas and was finally able to experience this amazing place.
