The Hotel is very clean and the hotel staff are friendly. The parking is automated meaning it scans your plates coming and going. The Casino has a nice atmosphere. Some of the dealers work half a day I think. So be nice to them! Hidden Fees for hotel amenities of 50$+ a day. So watch out for that. You're a mad man if you stay in Vegas more than three days though.
Table games are really limited and the team members are not very helpful. They couldn’t even get me a duplicate card at the table games. The pit boss at the roulette gave me an attitude and a look, maybe b/c she was

Will check out tomorrow but just wanted to say front desk was very nice. All people work here are gracious and happy . Room very clean and the gym is very efficient. Can't wait to enjoy the pool this afternoon and thank you to all the people behind the scenes to make all this happen

Hidden In Rain
The strat is at the end of the strip and if you stay there the parking is not free. The rooms look very old kind of like motel rooms. The bathroom has an old looking tub. We got a non smoking room but the entire floor smells like weed. After I woke up I woke up sick because of the dirty air. When I did the express check in kiosk I still had to go wait in line after, I waited there for 10 min with no service. The bed is kind of comfortable. The views from the top are great and even from the parking garage. The casino is small compared to others but bigger than the linq.

Horrible room over charged on room had soda can sized wholes under carpet all over room was placed in room with no view taken advantage of because I was booked thru third party that didn't go thru. I am a las Vegas local born and raised second generation totally disgusted by price gauge for 12 hr stay 9 mth s pregnant on mother's day with children. Disgusted with deceitful management riped off and charged more than even what the advertised price online showed thru the hotel it self. Was not kid friendly either no way to keep kids in room no privacy lock.

Our experiences were GREAT. Room, service, staff, food all A O K. Our casino host (M.N.) made it staying @ The Strat a pleasure & a very memorable experience. It was our 45th wedding anniversary with surprises waiting for us. We have been staying @ The Strat for the past 9 + years & enjoyed every trip stay there. Having been driving to Vegas for the past 46 + years this Hotel has given us the most fun & enjoyment @ the best prices. We have stayed @ least once @ many other hotels. We feel that for the price & service The Strat is the BEST!Rooms: Well furnished, spacious good views, clean, lots of clean towels.Walkability: Layout of floor makes almost everything easy to get to with good lightingFood & drinks: Food exceptional, Top of the World restaurant & views can't be beat. McCall's & PT's go along with that as the food & service @ Strat Cafe tooNoteworthy details: VIP treatment is awesome. Bell Desk & Valet well worth it. We were treated very well by all Hotel departments & staff

Ceiling in bathroom leaked all over the toilet. Never got $200 deposit back after almost a month now. I am being ignored when I ask about it. Rip off!!!

So far it’s not been a great experience, they’re very unwilling to help accommodate anything involving changing the booking. Definitely wish I would have done better research before booking. Not sure on the room, will update my review accordingly after my stay.

Avoid at all costs. They had 15 windows, and only 1 person staffed. Took 2 hours to check-in. Auto register Kiosk were out of order. $44 per night scam fee. $20 parking per night fee. Never Ever again.. will stay I stay in this below average hell hole.Rooms: Unknown stains on bed sheets. Worn out bath towels. No double security bar on door.

By far the worst experience I have had with a hotel. The room was not properly clean as there was dirty underwear left by the previous guest. There was also no running water until 230 am. They also gave me a broken refrigerator that they didn’t replace until the next day. If you stay here be careful because the resort fees and hidden fees was definitely not worth it. I spent my whole vacation at the service desk I will not recommend this hotel
