For me, this hotel, because of how beautiful it is, clean and modern, deserves to be a 4-star hotel. Without a doubt, I do not give it a 5. For these reasons, the air conditioning in the room needs to be updated. It is very old and sounds too loud and the pillows urgently need to be changed. The hotel went through a renovation and looks much cleaner than it did give years ago. Prices for dinner at the restaurant on top sky rocketed. Be aware there is no single vegetarian main dish on the menu! They will refuse to accommodate dietary restrictions.

Rooms are small. The a/c does not cool the whole room. The person sleeping by the a/c is freezing. The front desk person told us we had misspelled the name on the reservation! I guess he thought we had misspelled our own name. He did not provide any parking pass info or wifi información. The wifi did not work our whole stay. The only plus was the discount you get to go up to the top of the tower. The housekeeping staff was friendly. If possible will avoid to stay there in future.
