I ordered a pizza online and drove there to pick it up. When I went in to pick it up, I was informed they didn’t receive an online order. Next she asked for me to check my email to see if there was a confirmation of the order. She was concerned that I had been charged. This is wonderful customer service. I had not received an email so the order had never been processed. More than likely a mistake on my end. This may seem like a trivial thing but to me it was greatly appreciated....read full review
