Bad service, this lady charged us for the water we drink from the soda machine when it should be free, they should take action on that. She also said that if I want free water, I should bring my glass, so what she does is run to the customers a bad service 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The older lady was making the food, and she was very rude. She would hardly put any toppings and dressing. On a one-foot sub, she was putting 3 to 4 green pepper pieces and jalapenos. The person behind me was a Mexican and speaking Spanish and the lady was overloading his sub with toppings and was smiling with him all the time. Oh boy, not sure what to say!! I could eat the sub just because it was having a veggie patty otherwise it would have been just bread.

We dropped in, looking forward to trying the new ghost pepper bread sandwiches. They had none of the ingredients to make one. Ended up just eating a sandwich made of whatever they had. Staff was completely lost on their own products.

Order our food online so it would be ready , because our break was only so long. We got there the order was not ready we had to still wait as if we were in line. When our order was placed 20 mins prior to coming. Service was very horrible I do not recommend eating here.

Horrible customer service. I have only heard it on YouTube videos where the the employee walks away saying "that's not my problem". That was the reply when we asked for vegetables on the sandwiches. Nothing extra, just the basics. If I could give a lower rating to match their attitude, I would.

I will give one star although I feel that it deserves none Came for lunch to get a meal with my sister waited over 10 minutes only for me and my sister to be ignored and the young lady’s that where up front ignored us and when we said excuse me we where next they proceeded with an attitude saying well you where not close enough to the Oder here sign . She continued giving and attitude as we where placing our order so we decided to not order. yet I asked for a manager and the young ladies said the could not provide that information that she was the manager. When we later came to find out she wasn’t. so I proceeded asking for their name or a corporation number and they would not provide any information they continued with and attitude . They still never wanted to provide their name or management name nor corporation number. They did not have on full uniform with name tag to get their name from there. So here is a foto of them.
The worst Subway I have ever been to and the most rude staff I have ever talked to. There is no option for zero star so I had to give them one star, they should get something in negative. Worst place ever, Period!

We waited 10 minutes to get some service even tho there were 3 workers there. Then the helper started putting away the bread instead of making our sandwiches.Horrible service so we just left. I’m glad we didn’t get the food cuz we might get sick because these people don’t care about their customers.
