My daughter and I went to the subway to buy a sandwich( Foot long italian herb&steak with cheese and all veggies on side). Then I noticed that there were no olives in the sandwich and I asked the employee to put some olives. But my request was turned down. and then I wanted to get the olives in a small bowl. After paying the money, I have got the sandwich. the employee wanted to package the olives separately. Even though I told her there was no need and that I would put the olives in the sandwich myself. They didn't want to give the olive. I paid the money, I asked several times why you don't give it to me.? The other long-haired, arrogant employee waved her finger and said, "Get out of here or I'll call the police." First, I told her how you should talk to the customer in respect and that you should put your finger down. If you want, you can call the police, but I bought the sandwich and olives that I paid for, why don't you give it to me? horrible ,bad service! They are so rude. l do not recommend it!!

The employees were nice, but it took forever to get rung up due to what I can only assume is poor training. Manager just sat there while the poor lady doing our order struggled. Was told they were "required" to charge me for an ultimate bmt even though all I got was a pepperoni and cheese sandwich. If y'all think it's okay to charge $13 for this, then, uh, good luck.

I’ve been buying Subway sandwiches since I was 10 years old. I was on the road. I had to use the restroom. They told me buy a sandwich or to get lost. Shame on you subway. I had to use the bathroom so bad and they were not accommodating. Bad customer service and poor sense of community.
