Went for my 30 min lunch and it was a very long wait not to mention the vegetables were not fresh. I waited for about 20 to 25 minutes because they were taking drive thru and online orders first. I made it back to work late for this reason.
I wish I can give a negative star but obviously that's not possible. I got overcharged for a half sandwich and it took me 5 days to get it right not to get my money back just to get someone to talk to and they only offered a sandwich the district manager blocks my number from calling so I have to keep showing up to the store for something to happen. I haven't been to Subway in years but this is my sign not to go back ever again so Subway you have really messed up.
Food is very high and tasteless while the machines pay absolutely nothing. Worse casino experience ever!

Employees hiding in the back. When she finaly came to the front I asked to get access to the restroom to change out of my gym clothes into my work unifom before ordering but she wouldn't let me use the restroom at all so I left. Rude employee. I'm not going to support people or businesses like that.

It's 8:04 at night, sign says open but door is locked and the employee is waving me away
Asked for a cup of ice and they tried to tell me they didn’t have any/would have to pay for a drink after ordering a sandwich and chips. Then told to go to 7-11.
My large family came here after a long day at the park and we needed a platter of subs. We used the drive thru since there were 8 of of us in the car and 3 people waiting at home. The sandwiches were made with haste and it helped that the cashier spoke Spanish for my mom. They even gave us a discount. Very friendly and reliable staff. Also tasty sandwiches. Love the Italian sub.

Placed an order on the app, picked it up and when we got home we realized they didn’t toast the sandwiches, didn’t include half the requested items on the sandwich, and gave us the wrong chips. Called and spoke to a girl who clearly wasnt listening as I had to repeat myself multiple times and then said we would have to drive all the way back to the store and sign a receipt to be refunded.
