The Brass Fork Reviews
? sad that I walked into the casino and saw it was permanently closed, Game On next door has adopted the former menu.
Permanently closed. Such a shame, it was my favorite place to eat and it was really close to my house. Thanks for all the great meals!
CLOSED PERMANENTLY (May 2024).We're told it was a corporate decision with little notice.Always had excellent food and a good, diverse menu. We live nearby and ate in and did take out (that travelled well). My favorite was the homestyle turkey dinner with green bean almondine, real stuffing, mashed potatoes, and cranberry sauce. The Brass Fork, now closed as of May 2024, was a well-loved restaurant in the East Side community, known for its excellent and reasonably priced food. The menu offered a diverse range of options, from homestyle turkey dinner with green bean almondine and cajun chicken alfredo to steak and eggs. The turkey dinner was exceptional, with homemade mashed potatoes, moist turkey, and stuffing that was not dry or mushy. The Prime Rib, available after 4:00 p.m., was a popular choice. The skillet hash and The Deuce were also tasty, though some dishes arrived lukewarm. The service was superb, with helpful and efficient staff who gave great recommendations and never rushed guests. The restaurant was located in Sunset Station Casino, and while getting there meant passing through a smoky casino, the awesome food made it worth it. Its closure has been a great loss to the community, as options in the area are slim.
