The Brass Fork, now closed as of May 2024, was a well-loved restaurant in the East Side community, known for its excellent and reasonably priced food. The menu offered a diverse range of options, from homestyle turkey dinner with green bean almondine and cajun chicken alfredo to steak and eggs. The restaurant was known for its superb service and well-planned timing. The Prime Rib, available after 4:00 p.m., was a popular choice. Its closure has been a great loss to the community, as options in the area are slim.
