I dont know what new system they adapted. But this who kios is not going to work. I do not work for a corporation and dont need to be doing all the work for them. The night employee with the suicide bomber esthetic beard is very RUDE. How am I being screamed at to only use a coupon on the app so they can geolaocte and track my orders. When the coupon itself states to scan at store. The only thing keeping Subway out of chapter 11 bankruptcy is the subway coupons. At this rate. This subway franchise will be closed by summer. Fingers crossed the health department shuts them down first. An immediate gag the second you walk in. And thats not due to the dirty restaurant. More to do with the attitude of the employees who feel the need to tear everyone a new one, when its my money that was the location afloat. Never again !!

My recent experience at this location during the graveyard shift was deeply concerning. The employee, Austin, conducts himself with an attitude that is openly dismissive, condescending, and unprofessional. He made it clear to me that he does not enjoy his job, and his behavior toward customers reflects that lack of care.
What was most alarming, however, was the way he spoke about a former female employee. He made comments suggesting he had significant influence over decisions at this location and implied that she was terminated simply because he personally disliked her. He even acknowledged that she was a good employee, yet spoke about her in an extremely degrading manner. Hearing an employee claim this kind of personal power over staffing decisions in such an inappropriate and disrespectful way is unacceptable.
No customer should ever have to listen to an employee insult former coworkers, discuss internal personnel matters, or imply that someone was removed due to personal dislike rather than performance. It reflects serious issues in professionalism and management oversight.
On top of this, I was told that basic menu items such as soup are never available during graveyard shift, which only adds to the declining standards of this location.
This establishment urgently needs stronger leadership in the overnight shift, clearer expectations for staff conduct, and a review of who is representing the business during late hours. Based on this experience, I will not be returning.

I come here a lot because it’s close by. My sandwiches depend entirely on who makes it that day. But for the most part, it’s a good and reliable place to grab lunch.

I usually stop at this location after work, either during graveyard hours or in the morning, and have never had an issue. The staff I normally see the graveyard guy with the beard or the morning ladies who are always quick, friendly, and efficient.
However, yesterday I came in before work to grab the meal of the day (a meatball sub) and had a very different experience. The tall man who helped me didn’t greet me, just asked, “How many sandwiches today?” —TWICE— before I even had a chance to say hello. He moved extremely slowly (Sloth Slow), placing each meatball one by one while another employee made 3–4 sandwiches in the same time, I wished she would have made my order.
While making my sandwich, he also made comments about being overworked, how much he disliked his job, that he didn’t want to be there that day, and that the pay wasn’t worth it. I brushed it off because I don’t like small talk and didn’t want to engage in a conversation that had nothing to do with me, but it put me in an uncomfortable position where I just wanted to get my food and leave. I honestly had a sandwich made by a employee who HATES their job !
When the sandwich was finally done, it was the sloppiest I’ve ever received here. I didn’t ask for a remake because I was already short on time, but there was no urgency or attention to cleanliness.
I give this location 4 stars overall because I’ve never had complaints before and my past visits have been great, but for this specific visit, my experience with this employee was a 1-star experience.

This facility is run very poorly by a bunch of kids that don't know what respect is. If the words that come out of these kids mouths were ever said when I was a kid these kids wouldn't know what hit them or what direction it came from. NO RESPECT. When you ask for extra veggies tha don't mean one piece. I paid for the avocado and never even got it. The is 1 guy on graveyard that does a great job older gentleman with a beard wish I knew his name. Very polite and and he knows how to make a sub. I got my subs last night and they were soaked soggy and disgusting but they were already paid for on the app so I couldn't do anything about it. If you pull up and see teens running the place turn around and go somewhere else it will save you from turning a good day into a bad day very quick. I trying to save you the trouble. If you see a guy with a beard everything will be alright. Hope this helps.

I always place my online orders here because I know the younger lady with the glasses takes care of me when she see my husbands or my name on a order she is very meticulous :)
I honestly appreciate her and the sweet older lady in the mornings. I appreciate that my sandwiches are always labeled by the younger lady and she puts napkins in the bag and puts a carrier in my bag for my fountain drinks!
My daughter has even ordered there in person and is a strict vegetarian and this worker changes her gloves and ALWAYS gets a clean knife making her food! The smallest details matter.
We love this store location and appreciate these ladies and definitely would recommend this place due to quality of the food and the friendliness of this location!

Favorite location!
The overnight guy sees me here often, and the manager is always pleasant when I stop by after my shift—both are genuinely friendly and provide great customer service.
I used to go to the Pebble location in the mornings, but they don’t accept coupons for anything, and the staff has become unexpectedly rude. My original go-to was the St. Rose location, but the personalities there made it not worth the stop, even though I live right by it.
This location, however, is worth it. The customer service here is consistently great. The only reason I’m giving 4 out of 5 stars for atmosphere is because the music can be a little loud—maybe I’m just sensitive to it.
Still, I’d rather make a stop here on my way home than go to the one near my house. The conversations are always enjoyable, and the quality is always fresh.

The 2 young ladies in the weekend mornings are my favorite ! I have been coming to this establishment for about a year now since I moved into town. I have learned that if you want a great sandwich made you have to come in the weekend in the mornings, sometimes weekdays in the mornings too ! I don’t come in the afternoons because All I see is these young men having a messy store their line work looks very trashy And sandwiches are messy to shut. So I only come by when the two ladies on the weekend are working in the mornings. This time around I came towards noon, and the two girls were busy making sandwiches and a young man working was not paying attention and messed up my order. I don’t want to make a big deal but being detail oriented is very important especially if I’m paying just about $10 for a sub I wanted to get in and out of the store I don’t wanna refund I didn’t want my sandwich we made. I just want It to be addressed to him the store is very clean for the most part when The two young ladies are working and weekdays too in the morning, but the afternoon Workers aren’t as tidy or happy. Management please Have the afternoon Crewmembers trained by the ladies in the morning they really need it Desperately
