I went in and had to order three sandwiches. The girls were so rude and were rushing me. When I asked to add something, I was met with attitude. It wasn’t busy in there at all. Definitely need to work on customer service

Absolutely disgusting I was one of three separate customers side-by-side that walked out as they were making the food. Multiple serious cross-contamination issues with employees, rudeness unprofessional order was to be ready at 3:15 PM for me did not get it until after 4 PM where they had Made separate bunches to include hot food, which had not been maintained to temperature. Cut boards cross contaminating, not wiping and cleaning them in between use utensils on filthy counters more than anything the lead person blonde, young male very rude and did not care for any of the three people that walked out while they were Making many many major contaminations. I am the other customer that left together will be filing Southern Nevada Health District complaints on Monday. Extremely dissatisfied highly recommend do not use this restaurant until they clean, sanitize and hold their employees responsible. There is a Porter subs across the street and several other restaurants in that immediate area.

The manager there is horrible (Martha) She made an error and would not fix it. I placed an online order when I got home I noticed a footlong missing. I called her and told her a sub was missing. She was yelling at me telling me there was nothing she could do she would not give me the Foot-long only a 6 inch she wouldn’t give me her regional managers number. She is very unprofessional once she knew she messed up, she started trying to change her tone and offering me cookies and drinks and all this junk. I just never wanna go there again.

It's Mon, Nov. 18th today, I left the store, dinning-in, at 12:11am.
The Graveyard guy told me they closed the restroom at 10pm when the place is actually open 24 hours! It's insane! Was my first visit to this location.
I always leave a tip after my meals and give a bonus for service, but considering that the restaurant is open 24 hours yet the restroom supposedly closes at 10pm I left the guy nothing. Was going to order another sub too, after finishing the first, but felt I couldn't make it back home without soil-ing my pants. So i left this place half-way still hungry and in need of a restroom. Food was great but this guy was arrogant.
And it's things like this why I personally wait til the end to tip or not. Or go eat elsewhere that has more convenient service and staff. Very strange visit.

This place is pretty good. The ingredients are fresh and the sandwhiches taste good. Quick and to the point with service as well. Also they switch out their gloves a LOT which is what I love the most. I'll report someone for making a sandwhich with dirty gloves that touched money and trash cans. Never had that problem here.

I try to always give positive reviews but I can't ignore giving a negative one in this particular instance. We come to this location more frequently than most around here. Zero help was told I had to use the app to get the current coupon or promotion no one was willing to help or seem to even know what they are doing including the manager super disappointed don't know who to escalate to in this particular situation love Subway but this location really blew it this time

Not friendly at all.Old lady wearing face mask cannot even comprehend what she saying.Was taking pictures to help them out with a nice review and instead was greeted with an unwelcome demeanor!!THEN THEY DO NOT CARRY PASTRAMI ANY LONGER!!?Had a craving.Stopped taking pictures.Sitting in my car writing this review

2/7 Alexander tonight on the late night shift had great customer service. My wife just had surgery on getting her teeth removed and needed soup. Even though they stop preparing soup at a certain time. He happily made it anyway and she said it was the best Fast food soup she ever had. Also, he had a line and online orders and took care of everyone above and beyond as I waited for my wife's soup. Subway don't loose this man give him a raise and a promotion!!!. Don't be cheap y'all not serving $5 sandwiches no more, but I'll spend an up price sandwiches on great customer service like Alexander.

I arrived at the store at 3am, being the only 24 hour restaurant even in the area was really happy to find it, all the lights were on but I found the door locked. I knock on the door and see two employees come out of the back and give me a wave to wait. So after waiting around I go inside and order my sandwich. Zander used very sarcastic yet monotone customer service voice, all is fine, the only part of this trip that really annoyed me was being denied a side of sauce for my foot long. After offering to pay I was sternly told there was nothing he could do, and the containers are strictly for cheese sauce, but I literally just ordered from here yesterday and received a side of chipotle. Not sure what this guys power trip is, but for a billion dollar company to just refuse a small request to a frequent customer felt plainly rude. It’s also the way you speak to people- not sure what this guys power trip is, but Zander fake it til you make it because it’s not that hard.

This guys right here has the worst customer service!! He didn’t want to give me his name. He claims his manager was out of town, he said he was the supervisor but could not help me with my complaint. This place is ran by these young kids that do not know what customer service is and do not put in any pride into what they’re doing!Their menu prices are wrong and cannot refund me for what I was charged for. That’s false advertisement!!! I’ve always loved subway but this location sucks! Very dirty and vegetables don’t even get refilled!
