This Subway is always so clean and organized. The ladies who work in the morning, the manager and the little young lady who works with her, are always so sweet even when I come early as hell in the morning đ€Łđ€Łđ€Ł Cheers
The lady kinda old Hispanic lady is very unkind sheâs giving customer service with a side of attitude I asked for extra saracha not extra Problems đ. She usually works at 6am to 2pm so I like to come in anytime at night because they actually treat you like a human but if you see any of the ladies there just go to another location believe me.
I went to this location last night around 9:30ish after finishing work and I wanted to try the footlong nachosâŠ..for starters it was a single small bag of chips. Then he asked me if everything that comes on it was okay I said yes and then he proceeded to but barely any of the toppings on them it was more cheese than anything and when I asked for more onions because he put 3 thin slices of onion cut into fourths (mind you there was an entirely full thing of onions that he couldâve added more). He said he was unable to make any changes to the order I told him Iâd pay for the extras and he said that subway doesnât do that. He was also rude to my friends who didnât know that Swiss was no longer a cheese option and he just said snippy that âSwiss was discontinued two years agoâ like we were supposed to know that. And when my friend who is GLUTEN INTOLERANT asked for a salad he just threw the salad together without slicing anything up as if she inconvenienced him. I was two seconds from telling him he could shove the food where the sun doesnât shine and not pay for anything and leave. His attitude was uncalled for since we were not being difficult and came in with no hostility at all.
With their prices and the amount on the sandwich I find this store in wanting. Not enough stuff in between bread for 18 dollars, for two 6 inch!đĄ

Came to subway today and I was received by Victoria, she is the best at her job, the customer service was amazing and the food even better, nothing bad to say about her, thank you so much victoria and we will be coming back.
The staff here isnât great. I only encountered two ladies, the older of which isnât very easy to understand.
My sandwich was fine; itâs subway and I donât expect it to blow my mind. My main complaint with this location is that they do not provide water from the fountain for free. I had asked for a water cup and was told that they donât have them and I would have to pay for a drink cup. On a previous visit I asked if I could fill my insulated bottle with water and was told no.
So thereâs got to be something wrong by with how this location is managed if theyâre forcing you to pay for a drink when you want water and the employees arenât delivering good customer service.
Late afternoon. Broken soda machine. Pools of juice/soda all on the counter. The vegetables were wilted and looked like stir fry. Tomatoes sitting in juices and mushed. Lettuce and other vegetables like spinach mixed in together with sauces in them, looking like old stir fry. Veggies and sauces all over the counter like a junior high school food fight happened. Employees sitting in the back and not cleaning a DAMN THING. Nasty. Never going there again. Needless to say my order was a big hell no

I went in and had to order three sandwiches. The girls were so rude and were rushing me. When I asked to add something, I was met with attitude. It wasnât busy in there at all. Definitely need to work on customer service

Absolutely disgusting I was one of three separate customers side-by-side that walked out as they were making the food. Multiple serious cross-contamination issues with employees, rudeness unprofessional order was to be ready at 3:15 PM for me did not get it until after 4 PM where they had Made separate bunches to include hot food, which had not been maintained to temperature. Cut boards cross contaminating, not wiping and cleaning them in between use utensils on filthy counters more than anything the lead person blonde, young male very rude and did not care for any of the three people that walked out while they were Making many many major contaminations. I am the other customer that left together will be filing Southern Nevada Health District complaints on Monday. Extremely dissatisfied highly recommend do not use this restaurant until they clean, sanitize and hold their employees responsible. There is a Porter subs across the street and several other restaurants in that immediate area.

The manager there is horrible (Martha) She made an error and would not fix it. I placed an online order when I got home I noticed a footlong missing. I called her and told her a sub was missing. She was yelling at me telling me there was nothing she could do she would not give me the Foot-long only a 6 inch she wouldnât give me her regional managers number. She is very unprofessional once she knew she messed up, she started trying to change her tone and offering me cookies and drinks and all this junk. I just never wanna go there again.

It's Mon, Nov. 18th today, I left the store, dinning-in, at 12:11am.
The Graveyard guy told me they closed the restroom at 10pm when the place is actually open 24 hours! It's insane! Was my first visit to this location.
I always leave a tip after my meals and give a bonus for service, but considering that the restaurant is open 24 hours yet the restroom supposedly closes at 10pm I left the guy nothing. Was going to order another sub too, after finishing the first, but felt I couldn't make it back home without soil-ing my pants. So i left this place half-way still hungry and in need of a restroom. Food was great but this guy was arrogant.
And it's things like this why I personally wait til the end to tip or not. Or go eat elsewhere that has more convenient service and staff. Very strange visit.
