I've been a customer here for about three and a half years on and off, and up until now, have had no issues with the quality of service or food.. but today has changed my views of this location forever, I guess it's under New Management, and the heavy set Mexican girl running it has no regard for the level of quality to its customers, as a matter of fact, was flat-out rude and disrespectful to me and my kids after spending about $18 there on sandwiches and putting money in the tip jar. Definitely do not recommend this place anymore and it will be the last time they see a dollar from me until they get a manager with basic social skills and mannerism..

This location is terrible. They over charged me for a sandwich and then had me wait for 30 minutes (I actually kept track and left after that time) because they couldn't figure out on the computer how to actually refund the money or charge it right. Then they were also arguing that there 10.69 sandwich was wrong and the computer has it as 11.99. There is a different one up the street on trop and rainbow.

Went there today and got two sandwiches. Asked for a turkey italiano. Lady didn’t know what it was so I told her and she didn’t even put turkey. Tried to add beacon on mine and not the one I asked for it to be on. Put in a foot long and a six inch and toasted it for 10 seconds. Meat, cheese, and bread all cold and not tosted. THEN tried to ring me up for the meat she didn’t add and opened my sandwich with no gloves on because she didn’t believe me. The area smelt like bad meat and cheese and when I got home to see how bad my sandwich looked I threw it away and went to get something else. I work at a subway so I’m very disappointed.

came at 7:16pm on aug 10th door clearly says they close at 8pm i knock on door young worker playing on his phone just looked at me then shook his head no?? I pointed at the sign and he went right back to his phone smh, i will never come back to this location ever again.

The location was open but your young black employee (race was mentioned due to no name tag) locked location doors and laughed saying no go away we're not open horrible. I'm pregnant and starving and this is unprofessional

There was 3 people in front of me to order. Only 1 person working! I person left. Finally another worker came to help but the 1 st worker went in back. It took the employee 15 minutes to make my 2 sandwiches after waiting 15 minutes! When I was leaving a lady came out of the back. Maybe the manager! She started to help! Where was she 30 minutes before!

I placed an order via Uber eats. Everything went through as normal, however, the restaurant was closed when I arrived. Most of the lights were off but there was an employee behind the counter talking on the phone. The door was locked so I rang the doorbell. The employee saw me and continued talking on the phone. I waved my phone showing the Uber eats order through the window. He shook his head no, shrugged his shoulders, and continued to talk on the phone. I finally left and called Uber.

Lets start with the fact that they are under serving their meat. I got a foot long roast beef and the lady only added 4 slices of meat. I questioned the serving and she said it was normal as she had to stretch the slices out flat just to make it cover from one end to the other. Then after i asked for a lot of olives and after having to ask for more 5 times just fore her to sprinkle like 10 slices on the sandwich. I don't know why they are being so stingy with toppings but it seems almost criminal to under cut serving amounts to save a penny. Wont be going back here ever.

Disappointed that they discontinue the chopped salad at Subway but the salad is OK nonetheless. The man helping me with my order seem to be very confused about the salad or maybe he was just overwhelmed. Then when I got time to pay he just handed me the salad with napkins and a fork. No bag, no dressing, no croutons. And let’s not talk about the piece of cold chicken he just slapped on top of the salad and had to ask him to warm it up

Says 24 Hours, but it’s not. Saw their employee who works at 3am, asleep inside store with doors locked. Apparently it’s not 24 hours

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. The guy they had working there was so slow I’m pretty sure he was high. Legit took him over an hour to make our sandwiches.
