my husband went into this location to get him and myself a sandwich, as we are currently staying in a nearby hospital for our four-year-old autistic daughter. When my husband went into this location. Martha helped him with our sandwiches. he read off my specific order I requested. Martha (subway employee) was asked to put sweet onion teriyaki sauce on the sandwich instead used olive oil. my husband asked can you please remake the sandwich my wife is pregnant and doesn’t like olive oil. Martha then said well that’s not my problem, my husband insisted it was indeed her problem as she did not follow directions correctly. Martha then refused to continue helping him with our sandwiches and instructed her coworker to finish helping as she didn’t want to deal with him. She was extremely rude and combative, and refuse to provide her name or give us a receipt. my husband let Martha know that he was gonna contact corporate due to this unpleasant experience and she said “ go ahead. They’re not gonna do anything anyways” then proceeded to laugh in his face. this is completely unacceptable and does not align with subways values and culture. Extremely disappointed! In corporate has been contacted.

The last few times I've been here, the bread has been hard, like week old bread. They're out of ingredients and not very nice. Choose a different location of possible.

Worse Subway to use. Don't take a coupon in for a sandwich because they make them so thin. I order Subway all the time and know what they are like. Even though I ask for more on my sandwich she said that's all I can put. Terrible service. I have ordered online and gone to pick up after paying with my card. I get there and they say they are closed, Get there 830pm when supposed to close at 10pm. Suggest you go to different SUBWAY.

The people here are nice. However my online order gets botched every, single, time. Obviously they ignore the "special instructions" and this is very frustrating. I've spoken with the manager about this and they always apologize but I don't want anymore apologies, I just want my online order to be correct! Is that TOO MUCH TO ASK? They never honor my request for no bread. I think I won't be coming here anymore, there's no excuse for repeating the same mistake over and over again!

3/29/24 they tried to cheat me on the the number of meat slices on a Spicy Italian should be 10 and 10 according to subway chart. not 8 and 8.
Ordered online, I guess they read black olives instead of black pepper, or it was a joke. I got home and seen so many olives and not a pinch of pepper on my sandwich. I went back and the two girls don't say anything just look at each other and try not to laugh. They began working on the new ONE but tried to gyp me out of my other sub. Rudest customer service and honestly bullies who can't even read are handling money? They began to speak in Spanish !! I would like to know what they said. I guess anyone can get a job.

I ordered on the app and it said pick up would be 9 p.m so I drove and got there at 9:05p.m and then got in line at the drive thru (lobby was closed already). There was only one car in front of me. I barely got to the speaker at 9:15 p.m and the worker told me to give her a minute. I got my food until 9:30 p.m. Really long wait. I don't know if there was only 2 workers schedule or what but my food was cold when I received it. (I ordered a toasted steak sub with cheese.) It was so cold the melted cheese had become solid again.
