I find Subway restaurants to be consistent in quality and service. The sandwich prep people are always quick and helpful. They don't skimp on the ingredients. It's a fast food outlet, so atmosphere is not what they're selling! It's clean and convenient.

Was asking about any deals and said there was none. Was not asked to get the app. So I paid 12 dollars for a dry 6" sandwich alone. I work downtown and this was not the place I would have chosen for my lunch for what I got.

Visited on Mon. 2/3/25 @ 12:30 p.m., while getting ready to order my sandwich, I observed sadly: discolored and old lettuce, warped tomatoes, old pickles. I asked the employee to switch out those vegetables, and she refused and stated that that's how all of their veggies appear. Disappointing!

Tony was more concerned about looking at this lady than helping me. First I got off work at 2 didn't have time to grab food for my family as I work late I stop at Subway Tony told me they don't honor subway coupons so I was will to pay full price . Then make my food wrong and burns it. Looking at this lady the whole time. So concerned with her and not his job or my food that I paid almost 30 dollars for. In such a rush he doesn't even cut the other sandwich. My kids won't even eat it.. ?
Kid-friendliness: My kids won't touch this food look at it and now it's 2:30 am and we have to find more food .

An average Subway across the board and I’ve eaten at many of them around the world. The service was good. The app worked well for ordering in advance. They seem to need a new toaster considering none of the sandwiches I ordered over a few days were toasted enough. Non-smoking restaurant but within a smoking casino; so not really completely smoke-free. Prices are certainly higher at this location but the app allows use of coupon codes. But the sandwiches were tasty and made accurately.

These jokers gave me basically a bread sandwich. You needed a telescope to find the meat. Go anywhere else but here!!!
What misery, they wanted to charge me to wrap my foot long separately after cutting it in half. And a simple roast beef was $16. I should've let them keep the sandwhich. It felt baf from the start you - can't see the meat or cheese they put on because the bar is blocked. I really think 4 Queens should remodel this area it's quite grim. I was tired after work & wanted something nutritious since I live so close by.
