All was great except that you only have one person working from 8am-9:30pm, with people still walking in 1-2mins before 9pm closing time. That worker turned a negative into a great experience.

Hire more people. One person working at lunch time on a Saturday afternoon. She is making the sandwichs, the online orders, restocking, and checking out every order. Stop being cheap and hire more staff. Even high school students can work on a Saturday.

Me and my girlfriend went to get sandwiches and I think some of the workers were new and they made the sandwich extremely sloppy. But it was better than a habachi grill, in terms of entertainment, the sandwich artist was kind and patient, while also being extremely stressed and trying to be detail oriented. Things were falling out of the sandwiches and that made it difficult to close. It needed three (3) stickers. And it still wasn’t fully wrapped. 10/10 coming back later, it...
