Absolutely horrible customer service. The most miserable looking employee i have ever been served by. Everything was an absolute chore for her. 15 mins passed from when i first ordered till i actually recieved my sandwich she was that damn slow. Step aside and give your job to someone who will actually appreciate it.

It was last October 9, 2024, at around 7:20 pm there was a boy and a girl, the attention I received was terrible, the boy treated me well, but the girl was super unpleasant to me and she was not even The one who was assisting me, I had never been treated like this in any of these places, I ask the manager or someone to please look at this, that person is not qualified to work with the public, I really felt bad, I didn't respond or anything I just left, but it made me want to throw food in his face.

My husband ordered an Italian sub on multi-grain bread via the app. The sub we picked up was on white bread and had about half the normal amount of meat. I would not order from this location again unless I was ordering in-store and could watch the sandwich being made.

It was very clean and meats and vegetables was fresh. The bread was also nice and soft. The prices were a little high but hey it's vegas.

Waitress visibly very annoyed by the fact that we have difficulty understanding. Makes no effort to repeat in an understanding manner. Seems very jaded. Should stop working in contact with the public. And work somewhere other than Las Vegas. Lack of hygiene because hair sticks out ++++......

The woman who has been the prime person in a lot of other reviews has been extremely rude and just an idiot.

Whether she was a racist, or just plain stupid not sure. But the way she said no to every customization request for my sandwich was an outright jerk move.
No to extra onions, says there’s no Parmesan cheese (so shall I get you some from the nearby grocery store ma’am?)

Avoid this subway at all costs.
I hope they either fire her or send her to asylum to get some help.

It says it's 24 hours but it's more like "if they feel like it". The employees last night- a young "lady" and younger male- turned a group of myself and my friends away around 10 o'clock and said if we wanted to come back in 10-20 minutes they would serve us then.

We decided to go somewhere else and not bother. They proceeded to make extremely personal and mean comments thinking that we didn't or couldn't hear them.

Trying to convince two children to make you a sandwhich while you're out and drinking shouldn't be a fight when the business says 24 hours. That probably wasn't the first time either! You need to rehire.

Would do zero stars if I could worst subway have ever been too and will not be returning staff are very rude giving me the two fingers in my face to describe 2 cheesey dippers, muttering and giving dirty looks very rude and didn't pass my food over once eventually rectified had to reach over my self !!! Avoid !

2 women serving are extremely rude, leave your food on counter for you to reach over for yourself, ordered 2 items but only received one but charged for 2 but both couldn’t understand what I was saying, avoid this subway!!

The only employee spoke almost no English so ordering was very frustrating. Had to keep reminding her that a Turkey sub should not have any meat other than turkey. She would sometimes switch my sandwich with the person behind me. The food was what you'd expect, but it may be easier to go to earl of sandwich around the corner for a less frustrating experience.

I ordered through the app to save 20%. I waited until I was just outside the location since I like to customize my sandwhich behind what the app offers. Once inside there was no one up front and I could hear the ticket machine printing my order. After bout 30 seconds, two employees emerged from the back. I informed them the online order was mine and that I wanted to customize some things. In the past it’s much easier and quicker this way. The lady just pointed to the receipt and ignored me, when it got to the veggies that’s when things really slowed down and became frustrating. Even though I selected “ extra” for all of my veggie selections she was putting the minimum on ( eg 5 tomato slices or 6/pickles) where I had to continually ask here for more. I was as if she couldn’t hear or understand me. Since she refused my help in making the sandwich, she had to keep looking at the receipt after putting each individual topping on. She was so slow that the younger girl next to her was able to make 4 sandwiches from patrons that showed up after I did, before mine was completed . When it came to the condiments I asked for one line of mayo and just a small amount of pepper, this worker squeezed out lines and lines of mayo and a to of pepper, all the while me politely telling her that’s enough. You can see my my picture n attached just how much mayo and pepper are in my $14 sandwich. Not surprising, when I got back to my condo it was way over season and I threw it away. The staff at this location has really gone down hill over the past year. They need to employ team members that understand English and communicate effectively with the customers .

Workers are very rude, didn't even give us our food and expected us to get it behind the counter. BOTH of the girls that worked there rolled their eyes at us, even though all we asked for was to get our food. Please fire them. They did not even get our order right.. and the food were not even good, we literally had to go to McDonald's because we weren't satisfied. If I could rate this zero stars I would, but I can't. I would not recommend going here.
