My husband and I stop in at this subway regularly and we've had a couple great experiences that I feel deserve to be recognized. It's happened a few times that we have come in somewhere close to midnight and this younger lady helps us and is always so kind. However, I did not catch her name. Well tonight I came in and someone I haven't seen working there before named Elijah helped us. Elijah was great! He followed health code rather strictly, which isn't something I see often in fast food but greatly value. He was very nice and helpful. I will continue to come to this location for my midnight snack because they are great! This is my favorite subway location by far!

I had to wait more than 30 min to get my foot long because there just one girl working here then I showed them the coupon on my phone and she said I have to print it out ..the counter was so dirty

Terrible service today and the last few times we've been here. They're out of tuna, wheat bread, tomatoes, and all of their condiments look old and dried up. The cheese was so old and dry it was curling at all edges. The employee who's here now is so rude and careless when she's making the sandwiches. Seems like she's the only one working, long line, and the place is just a total hot mess. Get yourselves together here SuBway. This location is a no go for us now!!

There are nobody and I was waiting to buy drink but line so I was sit and working. Then lady said"you working yesterday too. The customer only 1 hour! Ok!" She was yelling at me front of another customers. But I was there only 20mIn and again nobody want to sit table!!! I never come back I prefer go to Starbucks next time. Food was ok and always nobody so I liked there but the worker is so rude so I never come back.

We had the worst experience at this Subway location. We highly recommend giving your business to a different Subway location if you choice to dine at Subway. Manager on duty was passive aggressive and rude towards us the customers. Crew members refused to make our salads and sandwiches the way we wanted them made. Food we were served was old and we received slow service. We will never be giving this Subway location our business again and we will be contacting the regional manager of Subway regarding our visit.

I went to this store location 2 nights in a row and it was a disappointing experience both times. The first time it was not the workers fault bc he was cleaning the toaster but when I was in there this morning around 4am the women that was working came out from the back and you could tell she was asleep . She came out and the only thing she said was we have no bread and our bathroom is broke. I live down the street from this store & I will not be returning .

Crew members were also passive aggressive towards us the customers and refused to make our salads and sandwiches the way we wanted them to make it. Food that was served was old and service was slow. There was no one in the RESTURANT except for a bum. Then they ran out of spinach and showed no concern about it. Customer service was terrible. Do better.

Came here late at night, and the service was absolutely terrible. I understand having a bad day, but that shouldn't be brought to work, customers pay for your wages. I asked for one of the new mini 4" round sandwiches without meat and said I can even pay more for it, and she absolutely refused to make it for me. I just didn't want a 6" sandwich and was willing to pay that price for it. I also had a sandwich with only lettuce and onions on it, and when I asked for extra onions, she placed 3 slivers of onions, she said she can't put any more on, because "there watching" whoever "they" are is beyond me, but " they" should be able to see that I didn't have any tomatoes, pickles, olives, bell peppers, yellow peppers or jalepenos, so WTH I can't have a few extra slices of onion? I honestly should of just walked out. Now when I visit, I walk in, and if this girl is working, I WALK OUT! oh, and that's only if there even open.

My reason for giving this subway only one star is cuz the customer service was bad . first of all right as I was walking in the only employee working that night was walking to take the trash out came back in and did not wash her hand before helping me.2 I asked for white bread I got wheat I ask not to toast my bread she did . I asked for the new Apple Carmel cooks they had none . I asked for brewed ice tea she told me she didn't make any and to get something else . I ask for a straw that were out of that too and the place was dirty. I will never go there again

Joke. 3rd time this month our 24 hour subway is closed!!! Either hire more people take down your 24 hour sign. Disgrace to franchise. Visit here after the gym at 5am during the week and the gentleman working there just always seems to be "out of it." This morning he stated that he didnt have any turkey so that eliminates more than half of the "healthy" choices for sandwiches. Next attempt was the rotisserie chicken but he stated that the chicken needed to be defrosted... So finally I just resorted to ordering a veggie sandwich. This is not the first negative experience here neither but definitely will be my last. Horrible service!!!

Employee that was work on May 6th at 12:34pm no name tag was really rude it’s like she didn’t care to make your sandwich she throw everything together I ask her for a bottle of water three times and she still didn’t get it so final I had say out loud for the 4th time hope she has a better day but don’t take out on your customers

I usually don't write reviews like EVER, but after today I felt the need to. If there was a way to give this place negative stars I def would give it the highest of negatives. The worst costumer service I've ever experienced at a subway. My son and I went in for lunch after his soccer game and there was one person making sandwiches and one person in front of us and it took forever for the other worker to come out and to get our sandwiches started, about after 15 mins when we FINALLY got them started they informed us (rudely) that they only had one type of bread.. ok fine, the girl who made our sandwich was unpleasant.. ok maybe she's having a bad day, it happens but as I went to pay and told her I wanted a kids meal for my son she didn't give him that.. no toy, no bag, not a big deal I guess. Went to get my drink from the soda machine and it was watered down so I told them, both workers gave me attitude but told me they'd fix it, so I waited another 15 mins while the girl went to the back, I thought she was fixing the machine but turns out she was in the back on FaceTime laughing.. when I asked for my money back she was VERY RUDE about it (again). This subway isn't far from me but if I'm ever craving subway I'd rather drive an hour before I go here again !

Maria the manager was incredibly unhelpful when I called about my mobile order that was drenched in mayo and mustard. Bread was wrong and soggy and my sandwich, despite having provided detailed notes about condiments in the app order, resembled more of a soup than sandwich. When I called to speak to the manager to understand what went awry, Maria says "I'm the manager and I didn't make that sandwich but if you come down here I'll give you a refund because my employee that made your sandwich was in a hurry so she didn't pay attention to the details of your order"... this infuriated me as I was not even looking for a refund, I just wanted to eat the same sandwich I've been eating for the last 20 years at subway. Rather than try to remedy the situation and communicate with me properly, Maria chose to shirk responsibility for her store and her staff and really succeed at making me never return to this Subway. For anyone else looking for a good sandwich, try the Subway drive thru on Warm Springs. The manager there actually takes ownership of her store and is excellent at customer service.

Manager - Maria was rude when I came in to get an app order. I don't recommend this subway. Once you get a new, competent manager, let us all know and we'll happily return. The order was wrong (wrong bread) and the honey green tea was bitter rather than sweet. The tea was the main reason I came to this location and now I can't even depend on that. Heck, I can deal with rude and incompetent people - that's half the world. But my tea!!!! No way.

Jasmine the clerk was amazing. Making sandwiches and cashing people out. Doing the job of 3 people killing it with a huge line. Sweet hard working girl. And bread was so fresh! My son loves the ham, cheese, and bacon footlong and I love the steak and cheese. From healthy to...wait... it's all healthy; at least the sandwices are. Great selection, taste, and competitive prices make Subway a slam dunk any time of day.

This is a message to the owner/manager. Today at 12:30pm, we went to this location, and the guy working had no customer service skills (didn’t smile, barely spoke), I had to pull the words out of his mouth. He took 20 minutes just to make 2 wraps, and took his sweet time when there were 3 more families behind us. And on top of that, the food was bad, our wraps were very watery, and was improperly wrapped, and we asked to warm it up twice, and it was still cold. PLEASE let this guy go he clearly doesn’t wanna be there. I’m a business owner and I’d never want a person like this to work for me.

After going, the second time, to the Subway on Warm springs and Cimarron and waiting in the drive thru for no one to answer I came to this one. I went in about 3:20am and the guy there was very nice. He made small talk with me while making my order. His sandwich was amazing too. After working all night and being upset about the other subway it was nice getting great customer service. I didn't catch his name but I did find out he was Polish and Irish from conversation if that helps Skip the other Subway and just come here.

i went to subway late night for something with tomato sauce. i like the meatball sauce so the sub was good but the poor guy making my sub was alone and it got a little busy there for a bit. but he took care of everybody pretty quick. i am jaded, i like subway.

Horrible service 10/18 9pm. Had to wait for the lady to come out the back and then constantly repeat what would be on the wrap. Spilt all over the place and then continued to wrap it and handed me the bag. Ordered 3 cookies and came home only to see 2 in the bag. Never going back.

I gotta give credit when it is due . Chris did an excellent job! He made my sandwhich exact to order, he was patient, and when I paid in cash he didn't have enough change in the til to give me my change back so he offered to take from his own tip jar to get the change back to me . I politely declined !

Great location. Horrible employees and customer service. Seriously the last ten times I ordered a meatball marinara they are out. The employees tell me they run out all the time. How about management take some pride and teach these employees inventory control. This is like Mcd running out of burgers.

The worst Subway I have ever been to. I requested double meat on a foot long to which she measured and picked chunks of meat out until it got to an exact weight. Then placed the neat On to see that it didn’t even cover the bread. When I asked if that I was double meat I was told if I didn’t like it I could go somewhere else. To which I promptly left. What a joke!

Very very bad service. First, when we came in, there was a guy sleeping, a bad ambiance. Then, we started to order from this guy (night shift). When I told him I want to order 4 sub, he rolled his eyes and gave me a disappointed look. I didn't understand why would he give me that look, maybe he's annoyed that I ordered a lot. So, just to make his job easy and not give me that look again, I reduced my order to 3 and simplified all the toppings. He didn't even smile or say thank you. Throughout the time he was making the sandwiches, he has a frown face, very unfriendly look, as if he's being forced to work. Will never come back here. This is a zero star. Management, please take note and make action. You're going to lose customers.

I've been going to this subway to get wraps for a month or so now in between working 2 jobs. I got the steak and cheese wrap today there was like hardly any meat the cheese was not melted it was like eating a lettuce and jalepeno wrap. So not worth the money I paid
