SUGARCANE Reviews
Ok place but pretty much everyone that works there is on cocaine and other drugs. It’s kind of normalized over there with one staff member Marylin Centeno losing her hair because she’s on the stuff so bad. She smells like dog urine half the time, due to living in squalor and refusing to clean up after her dogs (message for pics for proof)
The cooks and other staff use the drugs on premises and it’s kind of an open thing. The manager Michael hired his underage son...read full review
the LAS VEGAS location is a totally mismanaged wreck that appears to be a front for drug trafficking.
the ingredients they use for their overpriced food are abysmally low in quality. Fatty, cheap chicken thighs and questionable salmon are among some of their cheap ingredients. Their "chefs" are BARELY able to conceal the low quality with their mediocre skills and caucasian-like grasp on seasonings. The duck fried rice tastes like nothing but duck grease. The only item that...read full review

SUGARCANE offers a unique dining experience with a variety of tasty dishes. Standout menu items include pig ear over papaya salad, goat cheese croquette, bacon wrapped date with chorizo, hamachi over crunch rice, and scallops. The atmosphere is cool and lowkey, not as lively as a bar but still relaxing for guests. Many customers appreciate the fantastic food, especially the chicken and waffles, which are delicious, and the brioche French toast that is almost custard-like in the middle. The restaurant is also known for fresh sashimi and bottomless mimosas, which are great for pregame gatherings. Guests enjoy coming for brunch and praise the great cappuccinos. The service is generally praised, with servers being knowledgeable and attentive, though some mention it can be hard to flag down busy staff members. There have been some comments about the pace of the meal, as certain customers received multiple courses at once. Guests have noted that Brittany is an amazing asset to the team, making the dining experience more enjoyable. The restaurant gives off a vibe that blends parts Italian and Spanish style. Some reviews note that the food helps fill your stomach, with a good balance of flavors, though a few found certain dishes like the brussel sprouts too salty and the breakfast sandwich a bit bland. Overall, many feel that SUGARCANE offers good food and atmosphere that make it worth the price, and they highly recommend trying dishes like the Lobster tamale, empanadas, and wagyu sushi.
