Attended a wedding where sushi was on the menu after the main ceremony, never have I ever seen so many different varieties, including vegan. Everything was delicious, a true Itamea...The Shokunin was open to questions and didn't mind us observing, interactive very pleasant.

Victoria and all the chefs and staff were just amazing. All my guests literally inhaled the food it was soooo good! The sushi, tempura, fried rice, and teriyaki chicken were top notch. Lots of variety. The desserts were really good too; not too sweet.

LA Like A Local

Sushi Private Catering is an absolute dream to work with. As a planner and someone that works in the event industry in Las Vegas and LA, nothing is more important than the connections I build with hardworking, top quality vendors that share the same vision with you and go above and beyond to provide clients with outstanding experiences. What I love most about working with them is their flexibility and creativity with creating customized menus for all my clients. Sushi Private Catering is excellent at staying on top of all communications and they are extremely easy to work with.

Where do I begin? These people were awesome! From the attentive organizer, to the chef to the fabulous ingredients! The organizer - from beginning to end, she was on point to make sure the entire event was perfect, all the way down to the dietary preferences (we had a mixed bag of people who love sashimi - me- and people who preferred cooked -half the party) she made sure there would be food options for everyone. The chef showed up early and made a beautiful spread of sashimi, torched wagyu, a mouth watering assortment of rolls. He made everything in front of us - I may have stolen some sashimi as he worked. As the party progressed and consumed the food, he would make more - as well as custom orders on the side - hand roll please? Uni? More torched wagyu? Could you torch my crème brûlée while you're at it?The food. Was delicious. My favorite cut of fish has always been yellowtail, with salmon being my least favorite. I can usually tell if salmon isn't fresh enough - which is most of the time. Their Scottish salmon was to die for, it definitely changed my mind about salmon sashimi. The toro melted in your mouth...The guests were entertained watching him work and he accommodated small talk and questions. He was capable of fading into the background or be the center of entertainment for the party. The food was delicious. The chef was amazing - he even left the kitchen sparkling clean after he was done! For a special occasion, hosted on your own terms, in your own space, this was perfect. If you're want an intimate party without any of the hassle, and just enjoy the event, then these people are it. It was the easiest party I have ever hosted.
