Been here multiple times and was very disappointed with the service and food tonight. Our waiter, who was also the host that sat us, barely checked on us. We were constantly waiting to order and had to be helped by other servers. The food was mediocre.

We had Brandon as our waiter and he was very good at checking on us throughout our time here! Food was pretty good, their calamari was not that great and some of the sushi felt like it had too much seaweed, but other than that the hot pot and ramen was good too. All you can eat was worth it.

Food (sushi and shabu) was great! Loved the appetizer choices. My favorite was the Miso Pork belly skewer, but depending on how it's seasoned - the first order came out good but the second order was salty and cold. Food came out quick (that's because we went on a weekday night when they weren't busy). We enjoyed our time there and will definitely be returning. ☺️

Regret why we went to such a pathetic place. Had never eaten non veg in my life and they served fish saying it’s vegetarian roll, inspite of us explicitly mentioning no meat.
Worst part is the manager not even accepting his mistake, never apologised.
It’s better this restaurant gets shut down.

Bad service, staff cannot differentiate veg and non-veg before serving
food is tasteless
Waygu taste like wet cardboard and it’s definitely not worth the price.
Waygu items came out pretty quick but sushi orders were super slow, came after we seated for almost 30 minutes. And then they didn’t told us the uni sushi was sold out until 5 minutes before last call.
All the limited items on the wagyu king menu is a big waste of money. If you want something edible then just go for the cheapest menu and make sure you come late night.
The entire dining experience was a solid 1/5 and I’m being generous.

Worst sushi in town, they have 4.7 stars because they ask you to give them a 5 star review for free drinks, I had the sushi here, it was terrible and long wait times to get your order.
Overall wouldn’t touch this place with a 10 foot pole

Pretty bad overall. They ask for yelp reviews for free drink refills, which is why there are so many 5 star reviews.
The food quality is mediocre at best as far as the sushi is concerned. Maybe their hotpot is better, but I didn't have that.
The service also mediocre, food comes slow and they forget your order, etc.

f I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. This was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The service was beyond terrible—slow, rude, and completely unprofessional. But the real issue? Their sheer lack of basic respect for dietary restrictions.
I was dining with a vegetarian friend, and despite clearly specifying multiple times that their meal should be strictly vegetarian, they were served non-vegetarian food. That alone is unacceptable, but instead of apologizing or fixing their mistake, the staff was dismissive and shockingly inconsiderate. No remorse, no accountability—just an attitude that screamed, "Not our problem."
If you have any dietary restrictions, DO NOT RISK IT at this place. Clearly, they don’t care about their customers.
With so many great restaurants out there, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This place doesn’t deserve your time or money.

First time to Vegas, we came to eat at Sushi & Shabu Time. The staff is super friendly as soon as you walk in they are happy to see you. The food is bomb and you get to customize your order. I revoke the lemon salmon sushi roll. Really good portions and over all great place. 10 out of 10 will definitely come back on my next trip.
Kid-friendliness: My kids loved it and they had plenty to choose from for them.
