Very Satisfied for my birthday dinner and the servers were very accommodating and personal. The manager stopped the table multiple times to check in which was a nice touch for a higher end restaurant. It seems like they genuinely cared about the food and experience! My salmon with lemon sauce was cooked perfectly!! I could not have asked for a better experience! Thank you T Bones!

What a fantastic experience. From the moment we were greeted at the door until we were thanked as we left, everything was perfect. The live music was a fun touch and everyone was focused on making our meal a delight. The service was impeccable but not intrusive. That's a tricky balance. The warm bread tray was fantastic! This is a prime example of catering to individual preferences and creating a unique experience. The menu offered a wonderful mix of options with high quality meat and seafood and the drink options were plentiful. My wife's steak was an example of precisely what she likes, medium rare plus. She raved about the texture, flavor, etc. My scallops were some of the best I have ever had. The sides were also perfect. We will be back and highly recommend for others. Our last trip to Vegas included a dinner at a high end steakhouse that was a complete disappointment. Thankfully Adele's performance made that a distant memory quickly.

T‑Bone Steak House at the Redrock Casino blew me away. The vibe is fun and welcoming, and you can feel the energy of the casino without it being overwhelming distracted.
The Dried-Aged-Steak? Absolutely incredible. Perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor—hands down one of the best I’ve ever had. The sides were just as good (those mashed potatoes deserve their own shout‑out), and everything came out hot and fresh.
Service was top‑notch too. Our server was friendly, quick, and knew the menu inside and out. They even recommended a wine selection that made the meal even better.

I have a strong sensitivity to garlic, meaning I get sick if I eat it. While attending a conference at the Red Rock, I was presented with the challenge of selecting food from a buffet. When I asked a staff member (kudos to Alex!) about the presence of garlic in the options, I learned that everything had garlic in it. Alex contacted the chef and they quickly made a meal for me that was completely free of garlic. Standing ovation to the chef and team! Bonus, the food was outstanding!!!

Sat at the bar with my daughter who was visiting from Napa valley. We absolutely loved the food and the ambience at the bar with the gal playing the piano and the beautiful sound of jazz. I Highly recommend t-bones I will continue to come here as often as I can.

T-Bones Chophouse was a great place for dinner. I got the Alaskan halibut and it was fresh and perfectly cooked, and my friends both got the ribeye and NY strip and they said they were packed with flavor. Dessert was an absolute home run. We had the cheesecake, carrot cake, and the peanut butter sundae and they were all amazing. Great vibes and an unforgettable meal before hitting the blackjack tables!

T-Bones delivered every single course. The wedge salad was unbelievably fresh and crisp honestly one of the best I’ve had in Vegas. Every side was a 10/10: the creamed spinach, garlic mashed potatoes, mac & cheese… all rich, perfectly seasoned, and impossible to choose a favorite.
We started with the tuna poke and a white sashimi-style fish that melted in your mouth, and finished with steak and pasta that were both out-of-this-world. Girls night done right, from the first bite to the last.✨🥂
