I went to pickup a. Order, today 4/3/24 at 5:30 to 6 pm. The woman in ther was being verbally abusive to the staff and clients. I get being Low on staff but she actually yelled at a client saying he wanted a beef burrito, even though his English was a second language you van tell what he was ordering. When I went to grab the wrong order with a simulator name she gave me attitude and said it wasn't for me , then when I said it was a mistake no reason for the attitude she said ill show you attitude. Then she went back to belittling the staff, her toddler fits were actually making it were her coworkers couldn't focus and the job and she was slowing them down. When I asked about the order she said it's being worked on and if I didn't like it she'll just throw the drinks away and I could leave , so I canceled the or order and left. When I went to call customer service they were closed, I get having a bad day there's no reason for her to take it out on the staff or customers.

I'm a Door Dasher that frequently comes here daily to gather orders. every time I come into this establishment is MESSY,CHAOTIC, RUDE AND ILLMANNERED. last night for example the dine in was closed but yet you had 2 employees outside smoking what smelled and looked like Marijuana inside a black small SUM. ILL WRITE A REVIEW EVERYTIME BECAUSE THIS IS OBSURD...

I was just in town for a few days, but This has by far been the best taco bell I have had in Years! The food was so FRESH and they actually put MEAT in the food. I would definitely go back if I get the chance. They also got our order correct and got it pretty fast, I was impressed.

You guys need to start paying attention to your orders. I’m a former Taco Bell employee from another state. I ordered a five layer burrito for my box and got a cheesy bean and rice. Last time I went, I was missing a five layer. Do better or change your food

The drive thru employee Alex is always so welcoming with a positive and high energy spirit even though I always come by after 10pm for the same order. Alex never fails to provide great customer service and response time whenever I order. I always leave a happy customer with my late dinner after work. I only wish I would have written this review sooner. Thank you Alex! ;)

All I will say is that if y'all continue to hire absent minded kids that have an attitude problem and can't remember what's on the menu because they are too stoned to comprehend life, you guys are gonna have a hard time. The pettiness that some of the kids you guys hire display is wild and as someone who worked food and is almost 30, you kids are gonna be petty to the wrong person because fast food customers have thrown coffee pots over peoples heads for less. You work at a Taco Bell guys, it's not a flex and you don't look cool. Fast food work is bottom of the barrel and if you act petty you'll be treated like your bottom of the barrel. Hire better people or train your teenaged brats how to be polite. Especially the tiny brown haired girl that looks like she's a new hire.Update - seems from the other reviews that the store is not only hiring bums but even the managers are raggedy and are rude to people while sustaining a dirty establishment. Yikes guys. If you’re miserable at Taco Bell just leave. You don’t wanna work there and WE don’t wanna see your face at the drive thru anymore.
