I love a good Luxe Box because I choose not to eat out that often. After ordering on the app that I'm rewarded for using I headed out expecting my food to be ready when I got there. It didn't even feel like they got my order. I waited 30 mins after telling them I was there to get my food. The disrespect they have for people who walk inside is awful. Why do I need to be in my car to get good service?

When in for lunch 1/4/25 need help order so I ask for help since what I wanted to order was not showing on the menu the stupid girl behind the counter walks off and never returns worst taco bell in las vegas always a bad experience

Taco bell it seems for the last few years have been hit or miss. I mean you order tacos, they are perfect crunchy taste great then go back a week later, the shell is either smashed or so wet it falls apart, and the meat tastes bad. Also they seem to forget how to make something, example, the encharito came back I bought 6, then next week the encharito was not on the menu ( limited time, but you have all the stuff) I went up and asked for one, they acted like they did not understand and that I was talking space talk. Come on you just made it last week. But I just made the average rating as like I said some days good, most days not.

$12 and two trips through the line totaling 15 minutes of waiting, and you can't even take the time to wrap the tacos properly. Got home with absolutely nothing to eat because its been tossed into a giant taco salad.

Absolutely appealing behavior from the dusty lady at drive thru. Alejandra sumn. From the rude attitude and not allowing me to order. To purposely forget my drink and handing me a small instead of a medium. Someone so pretentious unable to handle a drive thru window ought to be performing tasks more suitable for her skill level. I've ran a burger kitchen with only one other person before. I know what it takes and you had like 2 cars. Worst taco bell experience ever.
