The worst Taco Bell in Las Vegas, they forgot 30% of the whole order And on top of that I had to remind them that there was three drinks that still had to be given, very unorganized, and I wish I could get my money back

ISABELLA. BEST. EMPLOYEE. EVER. When I pulled up to Taco Bell it was super busy and yes it was late at night so you can’t expect 100% out of every employee. These are late hours. Some of them been working all day and still have a few more hours to go. So I expected a delay in the orders. I expected TO WAIT. With that said I was finally abt to be next but the dude in front of me had such an attitude with Isabella and they kept going back and fourth OVER A DRINK. A DRINK. GUYS IT IS NEVER THAT SERIOUS. STOP HOLDING UP LINES TO ARGUE. Anyways Isabella was such a sweetheart and handled that clown with such patience. Thank goodness I wasn’t the one talking to him or I would’ve popped off!!! Thanks Isabella and ur crew tonight. You guys rock and I love going here for late night food. #WeloveIsabella. TAKE CARE OF HER MANAGERS!!!!! :))

Tweaker kept running up to the counter for free drinks I waited over 5 minutes after ordering at the kiosk never got served Maybe yell should pay attention to the customer instead of the tweaker that is clearly a friend of all the employees.

Racist older white woman lied about the location not allowing new rewards participants to checkin inside the store. She claims she can only checkin through the drive through. There is no written policy stating this.

This location is usually not bad, even if there have been off nights. However, this night, whatever woman was working had the worst attitude straight from the jump. She didn’t say anything for a few minutes after we pulled up to the speaker, then answered like a bored teenager. We ordered a quesadilla meal and when we asked for another quesadilla, she asked, “You want an additional one?” We said yes and she mumbled, STILL ON THE MIC, “Of course you do.” We looked at each other baffled and the rest of that interaction wasn’t much better, to be honest. When we got to the window, my boyfriend had to repeat his request for hot sauce three times before she finally put TWO packets in the bag. When we got home, you won’t believe what she forgot. The extra quesadilla. I told my boyfriend to go back since she charged us for it, but he was beyond over it by that point.
Really hoping the manager can review appropriate customer interactions with this individual.
