Missing burrito as well as my $4 SUPREME doritos locos taco not being supreme... Tacobell app wont let me pull up past orders so I can get it refunded. 2nd time in 2 weeks. Wont be eating here again...

Food was very good. Prices have gone up on top of that you have to do your own ordering you cannot do it through human being. So much so that they don't even have a cash register at the front you wait until they go to the back and get your change. It's basically a self-serve and may I repeat and the prices are higher and I'm doing the work of the counterperson shame on them

They dont understand the difference between beef and beans. I ordered a vegetarian mexican pizza 01/15. When I reached home and tasted, It tasted weird and it was BEEF. Being a vegetarian my whole life, I literally threw up.

Tammy, took care of us so very well. She's in the way she addressed our needs and made sure we were happy and satisfied with our meal and service. I have never been treated so well in a customer service environment, than the way Tammy treated me. Shedid her utmost, to ensure she provided excellent service. She made such a great impression on me that I will go out of my way to be served at this store. She really made us feel like we were some kind of dignitaries, and we were just average people. I would highly recommend that she be used as a person who can honorably represent your business with the very best care and commitment.Thank you Tammy and Taco Bell for treating with the highest esteem.W. Absolutely ridiculous joke of a place. I ordered from here and was told they have no food left? What does that even mean? Half of their items are not on the menu for online ordering. Whoever is running this location is completely inept and should be fired because this isn't rocket science. It must suck to not even be able to manage a Taco Bell without completely running it into the ground. Ordering from here has been absolute hell and you should be ashamed of how you conduct your business. Just take yourselves off of online ordering if that's too much to handle. You'd rather inconvenience and waste people's time. Not just mine, but the six drivers who had to try to deal with you before I could finally just cancel the order and move on. It's sad how low the bar is, but this location just takes the cake.

Employees were disrespectful I walked in and stood at the register for 5 minutes before anyone Acknowledged that I was there. They gave me only half of my food when I asked for the rest of my food they were giving me attitude and telling me that was everything. I didn’t get my Baja blast freeze that I payed for and they didn’t give me a refund just terrible I work in fast food and I understand it’s hard but the attitude that I received from all the employees and the service was terrible I don’t recommend this location at all.

Is Taco Bell that hard up for money that....corporate says...one packet of hot sauce per item. Try ordering the Nacho Fries, you receive one container 1/4 filled. I called the store, asked for the Manager and was told, yes Corporate says one pump per container unless you ask for more??? Will drive an extra 2 miles to go to Del Taco where they give you condiments. Picture os after one dip. Ridiculous.Oh yeah and the Manager could care less.NO CUSTOMER SERVICE from Taco Bell.

Probably the nicest staff I’ve ever come across for Taco Bell. I did a mobile order and picked up inside and they brought my food out with a smile :) one of the staff went out of her way to go to the door and held the door open for me as well.

The engineers who designed this place did a very poor job when they designed the lighting. They designed the lights so that they shine directly into people's eyes while they're eating.
