Nice place. Most of the items on the menu was good. But the Takoyaki was not cooked all the way. It was too raw. The yakisoba was too dry and the noodles were hard. The fried chicken was good and the grilled squid was great
The store name changes. But I have to say this is really good place. The taste is very good, and owned by Japanese. And the price is so cheap!I will definately come back again when I visit vegas next time
Amazing food, great prices and perfect service.
Best yakisoba I’ve ever had!! The karaage is also extremely good. Loved the atmosphere, highly recommended
Establishment is GONE. A new Izakaya/Ramen place in place.
We had a hard time finding the restaurant because “Takopa” is now “Ramen Show.” The menu looks pretty similar from before though. We got the munchies at 11pm and were glad this place was open. I ordered the okonomiyaki and tornado potato and both were delicious. The tornado potato was crispy and flavorful and the okonomiyaki was a punch of unique flavors. My husband ordered the karaage fried chicken and it was pretty good. Service was friendly and attentive. Prices were very reasonable.
It amazing i was very content with the food there highly would go again !
Good spot for delicious japanese food. Dropped in on Tues. The service was friendly and observant. Prices were fair for the quality of the food.
Now renamed "Ramen Show". No Takoyaki like they used to have and the menu is slightly reduced in choices. Decent noodles and other street food in Japanese style. Maybe a bit salty, but good flavors. Fast service, hardly any wait for a table or food.
This place is the best they have the most authentic Japanese food that I have had in the United States so far I really like the Tako yaki and the okonomiyaki. I thought both of those were very authentic and very delicious I woulda definitely recommend this place 10 out of a 10 would go again.

Today was my first time at this place. I order the seared salmon underbelly (which was highlighted on the menu as popular) as well as the Tsukemen ramen because I'm a ramen fiend. The seared salmon was incredibly good, loved it. I'm not sure what to make of the Tsukemen ramen. It wasn't hot, but this was my first time so my next question, is, was it supposed to be hot? I know Japanese food and some ramens are meant to be served cold so I didn't want to judge this because I didn't know. The broth (more like a soup) was served on the side, not sure why they do this. I poured it over the noodles and mixed it up and ya, it was good. Liked the texture, but couldn't get over the fact that it wasn't served piping hot like all the other ramen places around here. Also the tamagotchi's (egg) was really tiny, like a little quail egg. Is that normal for Japanese street food? I liked the food so I got some food to go, spam musubi and a Japanese staple, takayuki. The takoyaki I wound up eating at home and it was good, not as good as the stuff I've eaten in Seattle or Tokyo, but it was ok. I haven't tried the spam musubi yet. For the quality, I thought the price of the ramen was maybe a bit high, but the price for the seared salmon and takoyaki were pretty fair. This restaurant strives to hit the middle spot, not too expensive, but the quality isn't the best either. Not bad, would go back again to try some of the other stuffs.
Update: I know you guys are shutting down Takopa soon to transition to Ramen Show writing more won't mean much at this point, but I want to thank you. I never had a problem food is fresh and delicious arrive on time and staff are amusing and friendly. I'm sorry for the disruptive behavior outside couple of months ago and I've sought help since then. So, let's do one last round for late night snacking. Happy hour was fun being able to try different varieties on a budget. The counter seating experience with half glass allow people to talk with kitchen staff was the best feature and I enjoy it every that interaction.

Delicious food. Great atmosphere. Brings back some great memories of Japan.
While it's great that this restaurant does resemble establishments in Japan, it's not so great that the portion sizes were so small. I got the ramen, which was their most filling dish according to the server and I was not full afterwards. I had to go to Crown Bakery nearby and devour a whole pastry and eat a bunch of other snacks when I got home to feel satiated. If you're into small dishes and trying different appetizers, this might be a great choice. For those of you like me, who eat like lumberjacks, be prepared to need another meal after this.
