They've given in! But they still call us barbacoa. Seriously my favorite single taco in all of Las Vegas. It's not my favorite place but definitely my favorite taco- beefy, melty and savory. Generous heap of slow simmered beef on a pair of consomme dipped orange tortillas, add cilantro, onion and green sauce. That's heaven on a tortilla.

Taqueria El Paisano serves up some of the best authentic Mexican food around! 🌮 The tacos are packed with flavor, the meats are tender and perfectly seasoned, and the tortillas taste fresh and homemade. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and the salsa has just the right kick. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, and the staff makes you feel right at home. If you’re craving real-deal Mexican food that never disappoints, this spot is a must-visit!

Best Mexican food I have tried so far in LV. Not too much seasoning, had authentic flavor, not that expensive restaurant floppy shit, was well balanced and high quality. I’m picky, and everything was delicious. I tried it for the first time today and I enjoyed everything I ordered. It was so good I came here to write a freaking review. What stood out to me especially was the flavor of the taco tortilla, the birria, the side dish station, and the sopes. I can’t wait to...
