I bought 3 cakes, 1 sope and an asada taco and all the meat was completely burnt, I live nearby and I wanted to go back to have them replaced, but I won't go back.

I didn't like the service. I asked for what I had for takeout and they gave it to someone else and he told me that even if I left, there was little food left. It's too bad that they give someone else food already handled by someone else. And they attend to the race very much.

I had been there several times, but I will not consume anything in this place again. I asked for 2 wires to take away, I asked if I could give me 3 disposable plates, because we were working and we were going to share the food, they told me that this was not included, the food they put half a liter of oil on each wire, everything spilled on my truck and I asked him to put sauce and onion with habanero and onion and Cilantro, well he only put like 6 sauces, 2 bags of Lemons and that was it, aaaaand 2 forks and 3 napkins. Bad service and food too.

Came in as a family of 7, self seating. While my family decided what to eat I asked for the restroom code to which the cashier responded she would not give me the code because she wanted to make sure we would order despite seeing us all looking over the menu. Had I just wanted to use the restroom my entire family would have not came in.

Just went here for lunch today. This is usually my favorite spot for their tortas but today was a whole different experience. I call to make an order on the phone and tell the lady in spanish I want a torta with everything EXCEPT salsa. The other lady that works understands what I mean NO SALSA NO PICOSO. And this lady says ok no salsa back to me. I get there everything seems fine charges me 14 bucks then i open my torta and it has red stuff on it which looks like salsa. I told her hi I ordered this without salsa. And she said “no you said everything” i said no i said everything else is fine on it except salsa. Then she continues to argue with me, and says well thats not salsa thats chipotle. I said its still spicy. I don’t want anything spicy i said no chile no salsa. She then says well its your fault you said it with everything. I never even said its her fault i just wanted a new one to be made thats it. She was the lady working there from 1230ish to 120pm. I’ve worked in customer service don’t argue with your customers. I refer everyone to this restaurant and to be treated like this is crazy when I’ve never been rude to them. Worst experience won’t be going back. I guess this is what I get for supporting local businesses. I could’ve just gone to a jack n the box and paid less for my lunch.
Also who the heck puts chipotle in a torta?!?!

Very bad service, the person who answered the phone got angry just for asking how long the order was going to be, he told me yelling at me that if I was going to want the order oh no because it was slow and he already wanted to close at 6:30 pm (04/23/24) I told him I'm just asking him and he hung up the phone. The lady was a lil bit rude when arriaved I really had to use the restroom I asked and she said no because I need to buy food in order to use the restroom I really had to go yall lol she didn't believe me my man was trying to order but she didn't understand English as much I told HER MAM I WILL ORDER I JUST NEED TO USE THE RESTROOM AND SHE CLEARLY TOLD ME "THATS WHAT EVERYONE SAYS THEYBUSE RHE RESTROOM AMD THEY LEAVE I WAS LIKE HOW CAN I ORDER IF I CAN READ THEOUGH THE MENU DUE TO ME ALMOST PEEING IN MY PANTS LOL , SO THAT REALLY BOTHERED ME CUSTOMER SERVICE COULD BE BETTER IN THAT BYT EVERYTHING ELSE WAS OK ,AND IT WAS NOTY FIRST TIME GOING HERE BUT SHE SHOULD BE CAREFUL ON HOW SHE SPEAKS TO PEOPLE !

1 star out of obligation, we wanted to eat, my husband and I were hungry from a long trip and I asked for the bathroom to wash my hands, the girl told me are you going to eat here? I tell him yes of course, serving in a very ugly way. When I came out of the bathroom they no longer wanted to serve me at the table, which was said in an ugly way. So we decided to leave and they stressed the bathroom and didn't want us to pay for the bathroom service. For those who work in restaurants, if they don't like it, put more competent people to work.....bad place apart from the dirty bathroom
