I ordered a jerk shrimp and salmon meal and when I received the order, I didn’t have any shrimp. I called to let the business know and they, asked me to come get the shrimp. I let them know I just wanted a refund. I was told they don’t do refunds. I asked if they offered credit and was told they don’t do credit. I replied, “so if someone messes up my meal, I have to just come back.” The reply was “pretty much.”

Haven't even got to the food yet the Kool Aid alone was banging!

Okay I’m not the kind to give reviews! But I waited in line 10 minutes.not bad , host was excellent, very nice. Waited for food to arrive. One oxtail was hard not done. Now Mac and cheese great tasty seasoned well! Oxtails was good and tasty, so was rice, yams was good and sweet. Ouch was even good! Now they had two flys that was so annoying! They stayed on my hand🤬

I fell for the hype and went to the Decatur location. My oxtails was served cold but the Mac and cheese/ yams were piping hot. The food was ok. What did it for me was the banana pudding. I didn’t look at it before leaving as my intention was to save it for dessert. It was not ok. The presentation was awful. I played a game of guess the dish with my daughter and she guessed smothered chicken or mashed potatoes and gravy. The experience was not good.

Great food ....slow service! The host is overwhelmed and had an obvious attitude. However you can't be upset with the patron if the food is cold and the meal was incomplete?! We won't be back to this location .... Hopefully we'll have a better experience at the Maryland parkway location.

Been there before. Food is good. Spicy is very spicy. If you're like me and don't like real hot, ask for less hot.

Tastebuds on Maryland Mika the cashier is phenomenal! She’s very knowledgeable on the menu items and introduced me to something new! Friendly greeting and made my visit very enjoyable. Will be back for more. (:

Great Eats! The Jerk Chicken , Mac & Cheese & Yams Was All On Point Faxx! & The Kool Aid Smack!

Ordered the jerk shrimp and chicken Alfredo pasta and it had me on cloud 9 ready for the food coma. The cornbread and sweet potatoes were just as amazing. The Jerk oxtail was on point, seasoned to perfection. 10 out of 10 across the board.

Plate was heavy! They are not stingy! Everything was good! No bones in the jerk chicken is genius!

The food was excellent. The oxtail was falling off the bone. The bed of rice was soft and flavorful. The red beans were cooked to perfection. The mac amd cheese had a flavor that was different than what I expected and was on point!!

I will definitely visit again. My only issue was with the service. It took time to be acknowledged, but I was satisfied.

I’d like to start out by saying that the food looks nothing like the photos. The menu isn’t well put together which makes it confusing to order but the cashier kept insisting that it was “self explanatory.”

Items selected were missing from the order.
The food was not the freshest, almost as if it was reheated from a previous day.
The Mac n Cheese (which I was looking forward to) was not good at all. The flavor was lacking and it was extremely dry, along with the Cajun Chicken being extremely dry.

Overpriced and overhyped. Although I read the reviews before trying, we decided to give it a try but the other reviews are accurate. This place is not worth the money.

I was really looking forward to trying this place, especially with all the great recommendations from Keith Lee, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the hype. The meat tasted like it had been reheated, the shrimp was overcooked, and my wife’s lobster mac and cheese was also overdone. To top it off, the cashier seemed miserable, which definitely didn’t help the experience. Maybe the buzz got to their head, but overall, it was a disappointing visit. The Coca Cola was nice and cold.
