Was out here in LV for a work trip from the Bay Area and stopped for an early dinner. Service was amazing, everyone was friendly and the food I ordered was hella good!! Definitely recommend the jerk chicken/shrimp combo, the sides I chose were greens and red beans & rice. If I’m out here again this spot will be on my list, much love and success!

I’ve had some fire soul food, but when I tell you, TASTEBUDZ buss down the tastebudz. Never look back! Great service, great food, great portion. We ordered take out. Steak and shrimp plate, and the oxtail plate. Everything was cooked and seasoned to perfection. The greens, Mac and cheese, and cornbread was also fire. Thanks tastebudz we will be back. (We only ate half the plate and were very full)

Hell yeah!!! Got the Cajun chicken & shrimp Alfredo, some jerk salmon &shrimp w/ Mac n chz & potatoes && some banana puddin . Food was flavorful Alfredo chicken& shrimp being the best they didn’t slack w the sauce on any of it. I hoped the banana puddin to be scratch but definitely had that circus peanut (yes I do eat old people candy) taste like all box banana puddin but still don’t pass on it cause it had plenty of wafers and real bananas in it. Over all every bite was good as all get out. Wish I didn’t live all the way in NC*food took about 30 minutes and they were nice

Me and my friends tried it for the first one of them kept complaining about the price but when she ate SHE WAS SOLD??? IT WAS A NICE CLEAN CHILLATMOSPHERE THE STAFF WAS REALLY GREAT AND THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT FOR THE PRICES. I WOULD DEFINITELY

I may have not had the best experience, I did have take out. I ordered several items, oxtail and lobster Mac and Cheese, chicken and shrimp with cornbread, jerk chicken with sweet potato, and steak and loaded potatoes. I did try the food immediately while it was hot, the portion size was decent for to go containers to fit it all. I am, however, dissatisfied with the food for the price. While oxtail and lobster are usually expensive choices, the item was around $60, it included macaroni and cheese with some spice added, a lobster tail filleted in half, and a couple of pieces of oxtail. The macaroni, being a praised staple item, was subpar in my opinion. It was no better than fast food restaurant options. The lobster was somewhat overcooked, giving it a rubbery texture. The oxtail was okay, but nothing to make note of either. The cornbread was also a little on the dry side, and the sweet potatoes had an excessive amount of cinnamon in my opinion. Everything else was decent, still a little pricey for what it was. I did enjoy the atmosphere, love the artwork on the walls, and the layout gave an open cafeteria vibe. Service was nice, and sure I did order a lot and there was a decent amount of people so maybe my long wait time of 45 minutes was warranted, but still quite a while. Overall, an okay place, I would recommend the cheaper items as I do not find the higher end protein choices worthwhile. I've had my fair share of Creole, Southern and Cajun style foods and this won't be at the top of my list unfortunately.

Decided to try out one of the many saved videos of food places on my phone this Easter Sunday. Was extra excited because Keith Lee had tried it and raved. Food was good, but service was definitely lacking. Unfortunately they gave my spouse the wrong food. He took one bite and realized the gave him a jerk shrimp and steak meal instead of the steak and shrimp loaded potato he had requested. We had got our food to go so we didn't realize til we got all the way home. We live 20 mins away...and my husband was upset enough to actually get back up and head that way again to get the food he wanted. Good thing he called on the way there because they informed him that they wouldn't exchange or replace because he took a bite of it. Although in all fairness how would he know if he hadn't have tried it? I work in the food industry so I know the trials and tribulations of customer service especially when it comes to food. Unfortunately tastebudz was an extreme disappointment in this area especially for the amount that we had paid on the food. Hopefully y'all have better luck and make sure you check the food before you leave!!
