Sumo AYCE Hot Pot & Sushi offers an absolutely delicious and fantastic all-you-can-eat experience at a great price. The food comes pretty fast and the quality for the price is unmatched. Diners can enjoy a variety of hot pot, including the volcano hotpot, along with various appetizers and sushi. Recommendations include the nigiri, seared super white tuna, and the interesting appetizers like the tuna and salmon pops. The limited items you can only order once are very good. There are also $3 cocktails that are very tasty and a refreshing yuzu sorbet.

The atmosphere is great with current music, though it can be a little cold inside. The staff is very kind, attentive, and quick, providing excellent service and taking care of needs without asking. It is a must for every Vegas trip and one of the better places to eat. The only minor complaint is that some chairs are not the most comfortable, so a booth is preferable. This restaurant is definitely worth the price and a great find in Vegas.
