Ordered the Taiwanese popcorn chicken to start, pork bone broth rice noodle soup, and some kind of fried, dumpling/mochi-like, brown sugar / rice dessert.
It was all great. Soup additions had a good variety and looked/tasted fresh.
Server was helpful with questions, etc.
Nice quiet spot for a late Saturday night meal, and the food was unusual / it was a bit of an experience. Think this would be a fun date spot.
If I lived in town, would return to try all of the different briths here. Will be sure to stop by the next time I’m visiting to try a different one. Thanks

Food was decent but the server was extremely rude to me and my party. She didn’t greet us but greeted other guests with joy, ignored our request for napkins and was rude in general

It’s my second time coming here in a month together with my lady friend… ordered a Numb Spicy Beef noodle and sweet patato fries, seaweed appetizer…. The food is delicious! I remember the chicken wings from last time which was very yummy too! This is definitely a hidden gem for Yunnan noodle in vegas!

We recently visited Ten Seconds Yunnan Rice Noodles and had a mixed experience. The standout for us was definitely the Taiwanese popcorn chicken — it was one of the better versions we’ve had in Las Vegas: crispy, flavorful, and cooked just right.
As for the main dishes, everything else ranged from okay to good. We tried the spicy beef brisket rice noodle soup, and while the broth had great flavor, the overall dish left something to be desired. The portion of ingredients was pretty sparse, and the brisket itself was underwhelming — not as tender or rich as we had hoped.
The restaurant offers a good variety of Yunnan-style rice noodles and other appetizers, and the prices are reasonable. However, based on our experience, aside from the popcorn chicken, nothing truly stood out enough to make us rush back. It’s a decent spot if you’re nearby and craving rice noodles, but not necessarily a destination restaurant.

Great food. Their popcorn chicken is notably good. It was so good I only have a picture of the aftermath.

Relatively new and concept was new to me, too. It’s very pretty inside, clean with comfortable booths. It was also pretty busy with Asian families and couples on a Sunday afternoon. Service is friendly and efficient. I really enjoyed my spicy fish fillet Yunnan rice noodle soup with many fixings, but I really liked the quail egg and the meat sauce. My husband had the original beef brisket noodle soup that he liked a lot and finished it all! We also shared the seaweed salad and cucumber salad and it was mildly spicy only and I loved its flavorings. I will definitely come back when I’m in town.

They tried to serve us meat that has gone bad (turned color and smelt) and when we told them, they said it was fine, but switched the meat anyway. I did not enjoy being gaslit. The rice noodles were mediocre. I like dagu better but unfortunately dagu has closed. :(

Beef tendon golden soup bowl was amazing! Portion sizes are large and the broth is just delicious. We had takeout and it was packaged meticulously to preserve the food texture.

Appetizers are pretty good like the popcorn chicken, and cucumber. The chicken noodle soup filled with veggies, tofu and meat, however, I don’t think the broth is home made, like it has some weird chemical smell and made me thinking if they actually made their own broth like they said when I asked or they just used some prepackaged soup base or “technology” inside.

Our waitress was our former server at a previous restaurant we loved before they changed management. She’s great and is always so happy and accommodating to our requests. Very good soup with quick service and not expensive! A must try 😊
