This is a pho shop in a food court in a casino. Do not expect the best or most authentic pho of your life, BUT it's decent if you need some comforting soup after a long weekend in Vegas.
Ordered a build your own with extra noodles. Very very good, the consistency of the broth and how piping hot it was is the reason behind the 5 stars. Could’ve been a little more meaty…
The rare beef noodle soup was a highlight in our variety of dishes ordered at Famous Foods food court. Simple but we'll executed. Very homey but the thin egg noodles were perfectly cooked with a little chew. No spice so very kid friendly.
