One hour before closing on a Saturday and they are out of everything. Did not offer any compensation for driving all the way to this store. Not a very smart way to manage a business or care about customers.

It’s second time the lady who works here lies saying that she just cooked the meat but instead just heats up some old meat thinking that people are dumb. But I watched her doing some other bowls from scratch. So looks like she just choses when to serve normal food when just try to sell leftovers.

When I asked for a refund she said she doesn’t know how to do the refund. If you are a manager please leave your contact info and refund me the money spent on horrible food.

I can’t even believe this crap lol. They literally hardly filled my bowl. If I have to pay extra for noodles why give such a small amount of noodles?? I’m quite literally never coming back. $40 for 3 bowls that are practically empty.

Good ingredients, big portions, and delicious sauces make this a far better option than other counter serve Asian bowl places. The price is a little higher but well worth it.

Made a big order for a film crew and these guys handled it so well and were so accommodating. I have to shout out Sally. She is a superwoman and can cook like lightening. Brad was amazing and even added an order (film crews can be chaotic) to make sure no one went hungry. I would recommend this spot time and time again

I had a chicken bowl from the Durango location and it was 5 Star. I found a place to replace Teriyaki Madness. Lots of veggies and teriyaki sauce. Happy when I found the one on Eastern. I got the same chicken bowl today. Only veggie was way too much zucchini not much chicken and a drizzle of sauce. So disappointed!

This place is too expensive to have COLD and TOUGH steak. Their website is unclear so leaving out parts of your meal is “normal” to them. Aka you’ll get no veggies even if you don’t select ‘’no veggies.’ Horrible customer service. Horrible experience

This place went downhill. I tried it months ago and it was sooo yummy.

Today I took my daughter and her friends to pick up dinner and it was absolutely DISGUSTING 🤢 the chicken was not fresh and was cut in huge pieces and the veggies were just mainly zucchini and cut up in huge pieces. It was like old chicken or something. I literally stopped eating it I couldn’t bare it.

Also we were in the store at 4 and when w placed the order for boba they refused to honor thee boba happy hour special bc it was 4:05pm when we ordered but we were in the store at 4. So ridiculous!

Sooo disappointing.

Apparently, this place is only open till 830 pm bcause that’s when they start closing. They actually are supposed to close at 9:00pm but they throw food away before that so you can t order anything. If I was the owner, I would not stand for that.

Awful ordered a shrimp entree gave me 5 strimp and a a bunch a veggies and rice. Super bland. Teriyaki madness is way better. Total rip off see why they have bad reviews.

My order was not right. I ordered potstickers and a bowl.She charged me 22 dollars for one bowl and no potstickers. I called up there and she said she didn't charge me for the potstickers so how is my food 22 dollars with a tip. That's bad service. Never again. Sad you pay for your food and they over charge you and the food was horrible

Ordered a chicken bowl. The rice was mushy, the chicken was not seasoned. It tasted like eating an unflavored chicken pancake with syrup on it and the zucchini was not fully cooked. I cannot eat it. Teriyaki Madness is better in portion size and taste even though they have fewer options. Since it was delivery I am seriously thinking about driving it back over there but I have a headache. Looks like I lost about $40 to a bad recommendation. Don't make the same mistake I did. I mean, you might like things that are not seasoned and undercooked but I don't.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED... My husband and I went to this location to grab dinner to go after running errands. I ordered a shrimp bowl with house teriyaki sauce, and my husband ordered a chicken breast bowl with ginger garlic sauce. What we received was 1 chicken breast bowl (instead of shrimp) and 1 chicken thigh bowl (instead of chicken breast) with NO sauce on either bowl and only one cup on the side as shown in the pictures. Both chicken breast and thigh were extremely dry and inedible. I called and spoke with Sally to let them know what happened. Even though Sally had a very chipper attitude, all I got from her was "OH, I'm so sorry" several times. No solution, nothing to make it correct, just an "I'm sorry. I asked to speak with a manager and was told no manager was on duty, that I could call back in a few days. Sally also suggested I call my credit card company to dispute the charge. Makes it sound like this kind of thing happens a lot. Buyer beware!

Walked by and went in to pick up a Togo menu and was intrigued w their menu, tried to slaw and meatballs... THEY WERE F-A-N-T-A-S-T-I-C no joke, I could eat them everyday together. It's hard to find something light and protein filled. I've found my perfect quick healthy meal for when I don't want to cook..so glad I walked by and decided to give this place a try!!!! Well deserved 5 stars!
