This teriyaki “steak” really isn’t that great. It’s extremely thin, tough, and dry. I hat to put a bunch of teriyaki sauce. The chicken in everyone else’s photos definitely looks way better.

Pretty cheap and filling. Tofu isn’t seasoned well so I’d you don’t like that, get the salmon.

Not the best experience. We only had the Katsu. It was quite dry/overcooked. Mostly flour with thin bits of chicken. Veggies and rice were ok. Never tried any of their other options, but the Katsu was not good at all.

I have been driving rideshare for 8 years. I used to eat at this store because it had a TV and was able to have lunch and watch sports throughout the week. I think new ownership didn't like the TV in the restaurant and removed it. I noticed business dropped significantly since the TV was removed. I used to go 3 to 4 times of week. I found Outback steakhouse by the South Premium Outlets has 5 TVs around their restaurant.

Angel was an amazing host/cashier. He was super inviting, personable, and prompt. The dish he suggested was delicious. The food is fresh to order and tastes so good I almost devoured my bowl in one sitting.

When I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and the proper. Hi how are you. This restaurant is impeccably clean and they serve you a lot of food for a very reasonable price. I’m a very large man and the regular spicy chicken bowl filled me up with a drink I spent$16 and I’ll be full for the rest of the day right across the street from the Virgin Hotel, this is an economical and delicious alternative to expensive food on the strip.
Vegetarian options: Tofu and edamame also avocado

Great healthier food option that's fast. No drive thru. Hubby had the spicy chicken teriyaki bowl, and I had the salmon bowl. We both had leftovers for dinner. Employees deserve five stars! The food was delicious! 😋 😋 😋 😋 😋

Eat here at your own risk. This is a long post but I think others need to hear my experience and be aware of what happened.
Here is my experience… I had a long 10 hour work day where I am on my feet all day. I decided to come here after work and order a spicy teriyaki chicken bowl to go. I thought I’d be nice left them a tip. I take the food home to enjoy and about halfway through I noticed there was HAIR sticking out of my food! I pulled out not just one, but a couple of strands of hair from my food! Totally grossed out, I decided to call them to let them know about this and to get refunded because that is very unsanitary and disgusting. The girl that answered the phone did not suggest that but instead just told me that she will leave a message for the manager.
Now I’m going to be completely honest here and say that as this point I was very tired and very hungry! Since that was all she told me, I threw the hair away and decided to continue eating the food. Disgusting I know and I’m ashamed of myself. I should have spoke up and drove back over there and demanded a refund right then and there. But like I said I was very tired and hungry. I want to say like 5 or 10 minutes later she calls back and tells me to bring the food back if I want a refund. At this point I have only the rice left. So I bring that back and she takes it to the back and shows the cooks. They say something in Spanish and then laugh. I’m Mexican but I don’t understand Spanish to well so I did not know what they said. She then comes back to the front and asks me where the hair is and I told her I threw it away. She tells me I should have saved it and that since I was almost done with the food she wasn’t sure if the manager was going to give me a refund. Do she tells me to call back in a couple of days as the manager was on vacation.
To wrap this up, I called back multiple times and kept getting told that the “manager” wasn’t in and to call back the next day…. Basically given the run around. At one point someone picked up the phone and hung it back up! Lol
I guess this place is a franchise and this is how they decided to run their business. I’m not stupid and I know the little game they are playing, so I’ll take my loss but thought I’d share my horrible experience and warn others. I’m not one to complain but I have NEVER had this happen and I enjoy dining out often as I have a busy schedule. Sadly, I will not be going here anymore.
P.S I do plan on reporting this place to Better Business Bureau.
My food was COLD the Veggies were old and 🥶❄️ cold an the young lady who was at the cash register she was preparing food with no gloves on an I seen her eating food while in the Back eating out of other customers food!!! Horrible horrible I spent $20 on cold food an I told the cashier an I saw her go to the back an put my old cold food back in the container with the food in the container purely NASTY 🤢🤢🤢
Wheelchair accessibility: I was in my mobility scooter an they didn't want to help me with the door I had to call the store

If you are on the strip and looking for a quick serve spot with healthier options, this is perfect. It is definitely cleaner with friendlier staff than than the quick-serve spots around there. If you choose fast-food, this place checks all the boxes. Food was freshly prepared and tasty. My only real issue is the price... It is high for what you get BUT you are in Vegas so it is all relative, honestly. It is a solid fast-food spot if that is what you are looking for.
