He was able to accommodate my short notice request for a hefty order to feed a team of 18 hard working and hungry blue collar men and was even willing to work around his business hours to enable me to pick it up when I needed. Plus he gave me some extra and everything was ready on time. The food was a grand slam and raved over by everyone. We will absolutely be back. Finally. Yes yes yes. I'm "REAL HARD" to please. The best barbecue place out here. I love it. Their sides are HUGE unlike Famous Daves. And they have so many sides to choose from. I like Famous Daves but this is "The Best". Paul it was nice meeting you last night and I will be back buddy. Thank you for opening in Las Vegas. I love my rib tips beef links and the chicken. The potato salad was great. The baked beans were good. The prices are amazing. And the best prices out here. I finally found my barbecue place. Everybody! We’ve been here a few times and have ordered the three-meat combo and the six-piece catfish more than once. Every single time, it’s been spot on! The catfish is always fried perfectly—crispy outside and tender inside. I’m picky about fries, and while they aren’t anything special, they’re never soggy, which I love.
The brisket and catfish are my favorites. The brisket is always tender and juicy, full of flavor, and it never disappoints. My husband prefers the ribs, which have a great smoky flavor. The lemonade is really good, too—super refreshing!
The customer service has always been consistently great. The staff is friendly and attentive every time we come in, which makes the experience even better.
If you’re looking for a place with great brisket, perfectly fried catfish, and excellent service, this spot never misses.

My wife and I had a craving for some fried catfish. We were somewhat apprehensive though, because in the past, we've had some muddy tasting fish. Texas BBQ Wagon's fish was perfect. Deliciously fried to perfection, moist on the inside, and crispy on the outside. Everything we tried was excellent. The portion size is large, and reasonably priced. We will definitely be returning.

This place ruined my day. I went in at 1pm ordered the 19.99 special with 3 meats , drink and a side and I ordered an extra side. I got the ribs, brisket and tips with beans and Cole slaw. The food was so good I didn’t even need to put the bbq hot sauce I ordered. The meat was so smoky, juicy and the fat on the ribs melted in my mouth. I had planned for a productive day but since I couldn’t stop eating I went home and slept, my day was done. I’ll be back !!!

1st time here. Hands down the best bbq joint in NW if not the valley. Brisket melts in your mouth. Ribs are juicy and full of flavor along with the pulled pork. Then the added bonus of that amazing bbq sauce of theirs. Wow! Everything down to the baked beans and potato salad was outstanding. Only regret I didn't ask for more bbq sauce to go, so maybe ask for more on bigger orders.
The food was incredible today. It was our first time here and for the price and flavor… it beats any BBQ joint in the Las Vegas valley. We got the three meat combo with BBQ beans… $21 for Rib tips, pulled pork (1/2 lb) and brisket (1/2 lb). The flavor was like I was back in Texas. I highly recommend the spicy BBQ sauce.
