FRAUDULENT & FAULTY gaming machines and negligence of attendees. I put $100 in a machine to get change and machine read $1.
Kyle the bartender avoided interacting with me to solve problem and took him more than 15 minutes to take down my name and give me management info. Claiming no assistant manager on site either. And refusing to check cameras.
Filthy atmosphere.
Rude service.
I highly do not recommend.
Jessica the manager, AVOIDANT!

I’m usually a one to two times a week customer. I walk from work from rainbow and warm springs to your location and at times from you location to Durango and warm springs. I’m been coming now for a few months and usually come with a 44oz cup of ice cold water. Then I would ask for it to be topped off for my next leg of a walk in Las Vegas 100 plus heat. A gentleman employee today after my other trips here, told me that I had to dispose of my ice cold water since it was in an outdoor cup. He did give me water in a glass, but now I don’t have ice cold water in my 44oz cup for my next walk to Durango and warm springs. Instead I had to Uber home for $20 for the inconvenience of not having my water to walk. He said it’s management. If that’s true then if anyone falls unconscious from heat stroke air heat exhaustion from Las Vegas 100 degree temperatures just because we can’t have ice cold water to walk from location to location. I see lawsuits for people’s health becoming an issue. Plus whatever happen to customer satisfaction. PT’s and the Lodge locations are way more accommodating and reasonable about people in general walking in this heat to their locations and let them keep their ice cold water. Worse part is that I was never told this until today. Be coming walking here for 3 months n and off in the heat. Instead maybe I’ll go to PT’s or the Lodge now since they won’t deny my ice cold 44oz of water on bar and refill it for my next human journey. Guess owners of the BAR need to think about priorities. Usually get 2 to 3 beers and now I barely want to drink my one with this issue bugging me. I guess they don’t care about people walking to and from their locations in a 100 plus heat and don’t even have 44 oz to go cups to give with ice water. Instead they have water in bottles that only last maybe 5 min in a walk. I guess they owners want their walking customers to pass out or die. I guess theres no consideration for the owners customers that walks to their location. That's my only conclusion. Again I’d would not be surprised to see lawsuits in the future for inhumane actions. Isn’t it inhumane to let people get heat stroke or heat exhaustion if you can’t accommodate your policy’s. Again the male bartender said that it’s the owners policy. So all blame goes to the owner and his polices. Plus serving alcoholic beverages and not supplying the necessary needs of someone to feel safe, like ice cold water to slow down alcohol consumption, it shouldn’t matter where the water came from. Wheather from McDonald’s or their establishments. It’s 100 plus outside. Again owners Policy I was told. No shame on employees except when I gotta spend $20 for Uber when I could of had my ice cold water to walk to the rest of my destination. That $20 dollars could of went to 2 more beers. Now times that by 2 guest a day times 7 seven days a week then times by 4 weeks in a month and 12 months a year now that’s a lot off lost income just not to allow ice cold water from the outside. Now I know it could be more then 2 guest a day that may feel the same way I do. O again did o mention it’s 100plus outside. All the owners care is about $$$$ and not about the lives of their locals Or any tourists. O again it’s a 100 plus outside. I never loved social media but I guess I gotta now since I can express my concerns to all that read this. What a review just for having someone getting rid of his 44oz of ice cold water in 100 degrees plus heat. What customer service. I work for corporate American restaurant and here in Las Vegas summers, we can never ask a guest to get rid of their water that they walked in with. It’s 100 degrees plus is what my corporate says. I don’t blame the employees for following policy, but there should be a judgement call. 70 degrees I would understand, but 100 degrees plus, there’s no humane compassion. It’s all about the BENJAMINS. Shame shame shame, owners beware, social media is a curse for business owners.

Least playability of anywhere in Las Vegas. You are better off playing at the Wynn, Bellagio, or Venetian. Food is subpar. Bartenders are ok, but not attentive.
