Love the decor—it’s a really nice place to be. The Pad Thai is good, not great. Just wondering why the dish doesn’t look and taste like the ones I tasted at cheaper hole-in-the wall Thai restaurants. No more sauce with toppings like tofu and egg, which I think makes the dish more attractive and, if done right, delicious. The Larb is on the dry side. If it is supposed to be dry like it is, then it’s not for me. And I was expecting something special—it isn’t—because it is supposed to be a dish from northern Thailand. But if you want to eat Thai food in a very nice place, this one on Rainbow is the place to go. And, btw, you don’t have to Wear a Tie!
