This is my second time dining at The Black Sheep, and once again it did not disappoint! My guests and clients were very impressed with the restaurant's atmosphere and ambience. We started with the crispy salmon skin tacos, so flavorful, and the lamb dumplings were absolutely delicious. For my entrée, I had the crispy fried whole trout, just as amazing as the first time. Highly recommend!

Incredible! Food was exceptionally delicious. Table ordered 3 starters and 2 mains with a couple of cocktails and every single item was great. Some of the best food I've ever had.

As an Asian, I appreciate the chef's creativity in fusing Asian and American cuisine. However, there was simply too much soy sauce — in many of the dishes, it overpowered the natural flavors of the ingredients.

This was my third time eating here and has become a staple when I visit Las Vegas. The ambiance is amazing, its nice to get away from the strip. Being a long time vegetarian and visiting now over multiple years it would be nice to see a shift in the menu. However, you can not go wrong with Black Sheep.

The experience for our anniversary dinner was incredible from start to finish thanks to Chef Jamie, Hayley, Cayla, and the whole team at Blacksheep. By far our favorite restaurant in Las Vegas! The flavors and textures are extraordinary. The amount of talent that goes into each dish is unmatched! We love it here!

Amazing food and service. Our server Kayla was terrific. She was knowledgeable, attentive, gave great food descriptions and was friendly. We have been meaning to go here for years! So sad it took us this long to try it. We will 100% be back. Highly recommend.

Have been here several times over the years and have loved it. This time, the food was overly salty or overcooked and not a good value. In addition, we were celebrating my mother's birthday and the restaurant made no effort to help make it more celebratory.

All our food was delicious! I wouldn't recommend dining here if you are in a hurry because you will want to give yourself the time to enjoy the experience.

Absolutely fabulous! Every single thing we ordered was so flavorful, unique, and delicious. Everything was great but the small plates stole the show-- we had the tuna skin tacos, lamb dumplings, duck crispy rice, and imperial rolls. Each blew me away with perfectly crafted flavor combinations. My family and I were in town and Black Sheep was the perfect antidote to the overpriced craziness of The Strip.

Food was really good. Our favorite dish was the braised short rib; so, so good! Great service by Josue and all the staff.

As always perfect Best food in town. Always changing food menu as well as the drinks and desserts. Went there this time for a bday dinner. This was our 10th visit of the past few years.

Fried whole trout , fried beef crisp weren't served as freshly fried dish... it was sort of sitting on table for a while. Can't serve fried dish like that. Braised short rib was very tender and well cooked but it was too salty and ruined taste of rib. Cocktails were good and unique. Only one dish I liked was imperial roll. It was hot and crisp and just right flavor. I heard it's very famous place so my expectations were high but didn't meet... sadly

Wow. Chef Jamie Tran never fails to disappoint and this is our fourth trip to the black sheep in nearly 4 years. Our favorite staples are still on the menu, such as the short rib, fried rice, now with new delicious additions, like oxtail, empanadas, and spectacular cocktails, as always, that demonstrate a wide array of flavors and strengths. Thank you chef Tran for not only conversing with us, but rapidly filling up our water cups whenever they were half full! Your friends from Texas, Eddie and Lacy
