This place is located in the middle of the casino. I found it by walking through the lobby and following the path around to the left. Google didn’t get me there driving. I’m not sure the best place to park but I think it would be the garage.
I was surprised there was a 10 min wait around 10:30am on a Tuesday in August. I did not enjoy waiting in the smoky casino but the host was accommodating and even tried to make sure our table was as smoke-free as possible. I think they keep the staffing low because the prices aren’t horrible for a casino/hotel. So that’s definitely a trade off. And they will take your number and text you if you want to go play or walk around if there is a long wait.
I felt my server was a little awkward. She just walked up to the table and stared at us until I asked if she wanted to take our order lol but the food was great and came out exactly like we asked!

We tried the cheeseburger and fries special that’s only available with a Boarding Pass Player’s Card, and for just under $6 it was a solid value. The food itself wasn’t amazing, but it certainly wasn’t bad either, especially considering the price. The burger came hot and fully loaded with tomato, onions, and pickles, and the fries were fresh and served hot as well. Honestly, it was a bit more than we expected for a $6 meal.
The service was fine. Our server didn’t seem particularly excited about us ordering only the special, which is understandable, but she was still pleasant and got our food out quickly. Overall, for the price, this is a great deal, and we’ll definitely eat here again when we’re gambling at the casino.

The burgers are great (although there's a 15 minute waittime)!
All the employees are really nice!
The atmosphere could be better, but this is in a casino, so what are you going to do?
5/5, gave me something to look forward to during the school day!

I LOVE all the brass fork locations. My sister and I go on the reg. We hadn’t been to this one in a hot min and this location is the worst now which makes me sad ): the staff was horribly rude after I informed them my sister was violently SICK after eating here. The waitress asked if we were sure it was from the food. Like are u a dr? I didn’t come for medical treatment so why am I being questioned? Another diner literally had A HEART ATTACK in front of us after eating here. When we got our food, the hash browns were BURNT the bacon was so dry it CRUMBLED, the eggs were over hard NOT over easy like ordered and the pastry was so DRY the fork broke. I was charged for items I didn’t even receive. We sent everything besides the pancakes back bc the pancakes are always chefs kiss. Shout out to whomever makes them this review isn’t for u. But I had to pull teeth with these two employees to get my bill fixed and they couldn’t even do that right. SMH. Luckily there’s enough locations in town to never return to this one ✌️

I am compelled to express my profound dissatisfaction following my utterly mediocre dining experience at this establishment. Despite a manageable crowd, we were subjected to an unacceptable 20-minute wait for a table. The food was unremarkably bland and the service was painstakingly slow. Strikingly devoid of creativity and flavor, the dishes presented to us greatly marred our dining experience. A drastic overhaul in terms of food quality and service is imminent for this restaurant to redeem itself. Until such improvements are evident, I am regretfully rating this place very low. In summary, the whole experience was a colossal disappointment. And a glaring absence of ice-cream for dessert was the sad icing on this tragic cake.

The last two times I've been here, the service has been great. I was solo so I sat at the bar. The first time I ordered the burger special which was much better than any fast food burger plus the price was less!! The second time I got a steak. It was also good. Good sized portion for both and flavorful. No complaints.

Me and my family of 4 came to the brass fork in the palace station on 08/02 and the Service attendance, and atmosphere was horrible
We were here over 30 min without a single server helping. 4 different Managers, associates, bussers passed and no one helped. Just looked away like we didn’t exist. This place must have new management because have not been the same since 2024. Portions are smaller , food is different. Service is bad . We had to walk out and dine somewhere else. Do what they did to use and look away if you pass by here.

I would like to give praise to the manager Sandra. She handled a potentially volatile situation perfectly. 👏 She was professional, and I know I was the only customer who even recognized what was happening. Also, anytime my husband and I come to Vegas, we stay at this casino. We have every breakfast at the Brass Fork.

It seems that no matter how many tables are available they have a policy to force you to wait 20-25 minutes. We could of sit at the counter but they won't seat us. The prices seem reasonable. We decide not worth the wait.

Had dinning in this place quite a few times, the steaks were pretty tasty, especially the King Cut Prime Rib and New York Steak. The only thing that could be a mood killer is there are shot of staff members, every time we need to wait for approximately 30 minutes, and we went there about dinner peak times today, and there’re only about 5 staff members working in the restaurant including front desk and cashier, and they’re all too busy to handle and serve new customers, so we waited for about 40 minutes to sit down and have dinner, but the food there were so delicious and much better quality than the last time I went, so overall worth the wait! My husband had the King Cut, and that was so juicy and yummy (I didn’t get chance to take picture cause he ate too fast lol) I had the New York steak, and although it got little bit burnt out around the edges, it still tasted much better than before.
The Prime Rib is definitely recommended to try, and there’re three size you could choose, King Cut is the largest.
New update - we went for lunch yesterday again. Tried salads with salmon, and it was delicious 😋

I went to the Brass Fork early Sunday morning around 5:00 a.m. after a night out to try the specials I saw advertised on billboards on the highway. To get the discounted prices, customers must get a player's card from the kiosk across from the restaurant’s entrance by inserting their license, and it’s free. The discounted prices occur from midnight to 6:00 a.m. daily.
I planned to order pancakes and eggs, but I added the Deuces Wild, which comes with sausage, your choice of toast, and hash browns. In hindsight, I would have stuck with the pancakes and eggs only because I wasn’t impressed with the Deuces Wild food items. I chuckled when I saw that the sausage had a (0) located next to it on the receipt. I said the sausage had to be a throw-in-for-free item because I didn’t like it at all.
The pancakes were mammoth and tasty, and I would return for them. At 3.99, they provide excellent value. I had to get a to-go box to take the pancakes home.
My server, Ana, was nice, and security patrolled around the parking garage and greeted me as I walked to my vehicle. I would return to try other specials and order pancakes. However, I would recommend steering clear of the Deuces Wild despite its low price tag.

$9.99 steak and eggs were good for the price. The steak knife needed to be a little sharper but it worked. There were nice char marks on the steak. The hashbrowns were fried in butter. The toast comes prebuttered. Pepsi products served. Clean and pleasant restaurant. Service by Julia and Zepherino was top notch and friendly.
