I had the chance to try The Brass Fork last week. I had a food voucher and a few points on my player's card, so I used them to get dinner.

I ordered Calamari Fries and Cajun Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo to-go. The calamari was tender. It didnt have the usual chewiness of calamari but it was still amazing. The aioli that came with it was a great complement. The alfredo pasta was creamy and delicious. The cajun chicken was seasoned and cooked perfectly. I was honestly impressed.

I came back a couple of days ago with a friend and dined in. We started with calamari, of course, and a bowl of clam chowder. My friend ordered chicken parmesan. I went with the Country Fried Steak, which came with hashbrowns, 2 eggs, and a choice of biscuit or toast. I went with the biscuit. The country fried steak was decent, but the gravy was a bit bland, so I had to add salt and pepper. I also had a chance to try the chicken parm and it was great, although my friend found the pasta a bit too sour for her taste. The clam chowder, was outstanding! It was creamy, flavorful, and they definitely didn't skimp on the seafood.

Prices were reasonable, the place was clean, and the service was great. Our server was accommodating and made sure we were comfortable.

The place is over priced. Food is sub par. I have better food at Ellis Island.
They give you lots of food. It just doesn't have flavor.

WOW, comparing a high-class restaurant to this place. I don't recommend it. Long wait, horrible service, bad taste in food, and I am a foodie.

Been coming here for a long time but will have to find a new spot. Menu and food quality greatly reduced as of recent. Then if you want to come late night there is even less items. Food quality used to be great and almost felt homemade but now cutting corners and food feels like it was frozen and just heated up. Denny’s is a better option!

Consistently great food.
Good options for vegetarians & carnivores. The pancakes are a 10 & the French fries are excellent. I get the hot BBQ sauce & love it every time.

Vegetarian options: Breakfast, avocado toast & sides are great

My family and I came for dinner and Noel was our waiter. He was excellent. He even was able to deal well with my father that was having outbursts about his chocolate milk and bill as he has some medical issues. I appreciate the amazing customer service. The food was excellent as well.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!! They had a wait of 40 minutes which my husband and I decided to wait. Got a text at 50 minutes saying that my table was ready. We sat down and waited over 25 minutes and no one came. Mind you that 2 waitresses kept walking around us. We asked a busser if he knew who our waitress was and he grabbed the managers attention. She then sees us and realized we hadn’t been helped. She told the waitress we needed to be served. Waitress went to a whole other table. Manager comes back and tells her no, it’s our table. She then came by, got our drink order which was a cranberry juice only and two breakfast meals. We waited 15 minutes to get the juice. After waiting for another 20 minutes after we got the we decided to leave. We told the manager and the hostess about this. Both had a frustrated look and said sorry and walked off to talk to the waitress. We got only a sorry for waisting over 2.5 hrs of our time. The restaurant only had about 8 tables and most were on the other side where 2 other waiters were at. We were patient, understanding and all we got was a sorry! I wouldn't recommend this place because they will just waste your time.

Had to wait 45 minutes to be seated only to sit there for another 30 minutes in order to get someone's attention. In which we waited for another 45 minutes before leaving. This is not how you treat customers. I could see if it was busy but there were a hand full of tables with customers and everyone was eating except us. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Your enemies even deserve better.

Comfortable and decent atmosphere. Food is always delicious at Brass fork but the service is awfullll. Super slow to get seated and then to get drinks. Santa Fe location is much better in all categories.

We went in for breakfast this morning. Nothing to complain about food or price. But the server was horrible. First, slamming coffee cups and pot on the table is so rude. My wife asked her for extra napkins and she gave her an angry look. We ended up having breakfast quietly and left. Laura, if you don't like your job.. find another profession.

The Bras Fork is inside Palace Station and took the place of their old cafe. I stayed at Palace Station when I moved here over 25 years ago and ate most of my meals in the cafe. Since then they have done many renovations and boy has this restaurant changed.
The food was delicious and service was above and beyond. Went for breakfast and was not disappointed.
Highly recommend the restaurant and casino, a wonderful local place to go.

Parking: Unlike most of the strip casinos, Palace Station parking is free!!
