What happened to the old Broiler. Was once a hidden gem with best salad bar in Vegas. Now, revamped salad bar missing all the good stuff, like shrimp in dill sauce, crab salad, etc etc. Ribeye steak was sent raw, and took long time to get back and still bad. Filet replacement was underwhelming. So sad.
We used to go there over 15 years ago Went back and food is still great and our favorite waiter Kenny was still there
The Broiler at Boulder Station is a good place for dinner. The food and the service were both very good. Drinks were just ok, but overall, I would highly recommend it.
I had made a 6pm reservation, arrived early and the restaurant was able to seat us early. The salad bar is amazingly delicious, I enjoyed prime rib and my friend had the New York Steak, asparagus and mac/cheese as sides. The clam chowder on the salad bar was delicious.
This was my first time there and everything was great. The waiter and staff were attentive and smiling. They were very nice to us. They made us feel comfortable. The food was perfect and tasted so good. The salad bar was great and had lots of options to add to your salad. We enjoyed out dinner very much!
Disappointed in the salad bar. Difficult getting the food. Lables were impossible to read. Tongs did not work well. Salmon was plated as asparagus on the bottom, topped with mashed potatoes, topped with salmon.
Overall satisfied with The Broiler. Good food, good service, and on Fridays there is live entertainment.
My husband and I had a date night and the food tie service was amazing can't to go back chef's kiss
Went to enjoy our 2025 Thanksgiving dinner. While the staff and overall ambience was great, the food was absolutely terrible given the $60 price tag. It started with a decent salad that was unfortunately served with rolls that were gooey and uncooked on the inside. The main plate was bountiful however the turkey was drenched in salt instead of gravy. The stuffing was dry and burnt. The sweet potatoes had good flavor but were unevenly cooked resulting in many raw pieces. The garlic mashed potatoes lacked any garlic flavor and had the consistency of instant mashed potatoes. The grilled asparagus tasted ashy. We opted for pumpkin cheesecake for dessert. It was dry and lacked any pumpkin flavor. Overall, extremely disappointing. Don’t know how the rest of the menu is prepared, but not really interested in returning to find out. Glad our friend who was with us had gotten the meal comped by her casino host.

Excellent food and service (thank you to all staff we encountered and our waiter Carlos). We were very impressed and will make sure to stop again when in Las Vegas!

Food tasted great for the price. Portions weren't as big as I expected. The seabass was absolutely amazing
Great Value and a wonderful meal. Dinner started with drinks and a bread basket, next the salad bar and it was excellent. My steak, asparagus, and creamed spinach and my wife's lobster tail and baked potato, were all fantastic. The waiter service was excellent from start. I highly recommend and will return!
Food took forever and then came out cold. The manager was rude when we brought it to his attention.

The calamari, crabcakes, and sizzling shrimp appetizers were great, but the amount they gave us could.have been more. The biscuits were soft and the butter was smooth. While the ribeye steak was huge (16 ounces), not all of it was cooked to medium as I requested. The sauce was tasty. The chocolate lava cake did taste great, but it was tiny. I would come back, though.
