Everyone in our party enjoyed their meals. It was busy Friday night so service was a bit on the slow side. Salad bar remained fully stocked and everything was fresh. Overall a good time, good food, adequate service considering it was fairly busy.
What happened to the old Broiler. Was once a hidden gem with best salad bar in Vegas. Now, revamped salad bar missing all the good stuff, like shrimp in dill sauce, crab salad, etc etc. Ribeye steak was sent raw, and took long time to get back and still bad. Filet replacement was underwhelming. So sad.
I had made a 6pm reservation, arrived early and the restaurant was able to seat us early. The salad bar is amazingly delicious, I enjoyed prime rib and my friend had the New York Steak, asparagus and mac/cheese as sides. The clam chowder on the salad bar was delicious.
