This place was absolute mayhem behind the counter… at every station. Workers were scrambling around with bags of bagels everywhere, and seemed to have no idea for how to organize themselves. I stood for 10 minutes waiting on my drinks and observed that NO drinks came out at all during that time, even though there were at least 3 people trying to manage the drink machine in what also seemed like a state of panic and more disorganization. At least one of the people at the register was not capable of managing a customer who needed a full 15 minute consultation for his order (he was placing his order when I got in line and was still at it 15 minutes later). A similar “consultation” was also actively going at the same time with two customers at the pastry case with one of the line cooks.
By the time I left, there were 30 people standing in line to order and counting, and at least 15 of us waiting on our food or drinks to be ready.
This was not an issue caused by the volume of customers, but the case of a complete breakdown behind the counter.
Where was the manager in all of this? … were they out back on a vaping break? I saw no one who seemed to be in charge or attempting to put this wrecked train back on the tracks? I saw at least 10 staff struggling to manage with what they had, exclusive of a leader.

Match Jasmine Latte is great
Chocolate croissant is good

Although I haven't had the opportunity to dine at their indoor restaurant, my daughter and I visited their outdoor booth and ordered a raspberry sorbet and a giant chocolate chip cookie. We both agreed that they were delicious! My daughter enjoyed the sorbet, while I absolutely loved the chocolate chip cookie. The only regret I have is that we only got one cookie.

The place is nice, as expected from an upscale hotel as the Wynn. Unfortunately, the coffee and food are not up to par, (although the prices are). I literally got a better boxed sandwich from the CVS across the street. I’m sure they can do better.

Good pizza and salad. The garlic bread feels more like regular bread instead of classic Texas toast that some may expect. But the bread was still soft and good.

I came to buy a double ice cream. I tasted 2 flavors, didn’t like one of them. When I tried to taste a third flavor, the person working there was extremely rude towards me and told me that there was a limit of 2 flavors that can be tasted. I have never heard of anything like this in any ice cream shop in the US. Adding on top of it how rude he was, I just left.

The iced jasmine matcha latte is flavourful and just the right amount of sweet, and Vietnamese iced coffee is strong and done right!

Super duper busy and overpriced. My friend loved his lavender latte. The flat croissant was way overpriced and not worth it

Absolutely love Caffe Al Teatro! A charming French bakery with the best cinnamon rolls—flaky, buttery, and perfectly spiced. The coffee is just as impressive: rich, smooth, and pairs perfectly with their pastries. I’ve both dined in and picked up takeout here, and every experience has been top-notch. Pro tip: order ahead if you can—lines can get long, especially on weekends. Totally worth it!

Mediocre, and like everything else on the strip, widely overpriced. Reminds me of Disney world, spending $50 for the worst salad and coffee you’ve ever had. Surprisingly Wynn has terrible food options. Too bad
