Everything was great except the hostest at the front Adrian. Man she is rude and unpatient. Stick her in the back away from the public please... she has no business dealing with customers.

I don't know what happened to the quality of the food presentation and their preparation of this Cheesecake Factory location. It was awful. First picture was a salad which had no options for dressing at all. It did contain sweet cucumbers. The next picture was shrimp tacos. The shrimp was over cooked and tough/ rubbery, the salsa was warm and tasted like it was from a can. The cabbage could have come from that plate of cabbage, carrots and the pickles-cucumbers. A slice of avocado was on each taco. The Shrimp scampi was tasty even though the presentation looked like a crab on its back with pasta on top. With a moat made of white wine, olive oil and whole garlic. The spice Ahi Tuna rice cake was a disaster. The Ahi was drowned in a sauce that overtook the flavor of the tuna. The tuna was a mushy texture blob on top of a rice cake that was like eating kernels of rice out of a bag. There was an appetizer that was delicious. The Chicken Jalapeño bites. Very tasty a little heat and not overbearing. I don't even have to talk about the egg rolls. The picture says it all. Messy unappealing and burned. The Cheesecake Factory Bread never disappoints. Soft and Tasty. Their cocktail delicious and their lemonade too sweet with the sugar rimmed glasses added made me think I needed to check my blood sugar. What made this lunch early dinner tolerable was Eduardo. He was kind attentive and a great server. Because of this experience I was thinking this might be like eating at an upscale Chili's with a dash of commercialized dishes.

I felt like it was deja vu after we got seated. It had been so long since we visited, I had forgotten why we don't go to this location. Service was terrible, as it was before. Took forever to get anything. We ordered an appetizer and it came out after we were well into our main course. After the food was dropped off we didn't get checked on until we were finished eating. I needed a refill almost right after getting my food. We didn't even bother with dessert. The food is pretty good, but the service ruins it.

Shrimp scampi was not good at all. It says sautéed however it’s deep fried shrimp with dry noodles and a little scampi sauce which has a very strong lemon taste. This is was not a good dish at all. Also the fried shrimp was soggy from the sauce

After getting a frozen slice of Cheesecake the Supervisor came by to tell me that she had checked and the Cheesecake was not frozen. I pointed out that the slice still on the plate in front of me was definitely frozen. She insisted from a visual inspection it was not frozent just cold.

Apparently, the Cheesecake Factory's preferred customer experience is being told you are wrong while you stare at a frozen dessert in front of you. Bold strategy, telling paying guests that their taste buds and teeth are mistaken. If the goal is to win arguments instead of customers, the Cheesecake Factory is nailing it. Luckily, there are a half dozen nearby restaurants that are far less committed to proving customers wrong and far more committed to earning repeat business.

This restaurant has some of the most rudest people ever. The food is not good enough to deal with rudeness

I'm almost embarrassed to say this because I prefer trying out local restaurants vs chains, but this was one of the best meals we've had out in Vegas in a long time. My husband ordered the steak medallions, I ordered the chicken lettuce wrap tacos and we shares the avocado and beet salad all of the skinnylicious menu. Portions were perfect, the food was excellent and the price was not horrible for a nice dinner in Vegas.

Came back after more than a year. Ordered my usual dish, orange chicken. I was very disappointed, there was excess sauce in the chicken, less meat, more flour. Almost comparable to Panda Express quality. My husband ordered bang bang chicken. I can't believe how thin the layer of chicken was, and the chicken are almost shredded, no chunks of meat. Too expensive for $27!! It was a rip off for us. We expect better quality of dishes are more expensive. They could also put more butter with bread basket if there's four adults sharing the butter.
