Very delicious chicken fingers. They were fresh and smoking hot, the sauces were good too.

Me and my co workers do take out at this location often, food has always been good and fresh, service friendly, dining area looked clean to me all the times ive been there. My boss really loves their crispy chicken salad and their Lrg bowl of chili with onions n cheese. 👍

Don’t think I will be coming back to this location. First time everything was great. Service was amazing and food was great. Second time it was like it wasn’t the same place. Let’s start off with the sick cashier. He was sick and taking peoples orders and handling food and sauces with no mask. You could look at his eyes and tell he is sick. Couldnt even project his voice. Brought out my food and dropped the sauces on me trying to stuff everything in one bag. Then when I told him he missed one of my sauces he argued with me that I would have to pay for more. Order comes with 4 sauces and he gave me 3. Then got home and realized no ranch or blue cheese that I paid for. Called to be reimbursed and the cashier hung up on me. Then when I called back he told me I would have to come in to be reimbursed. Said there was no manager which how can the store run with no manager. Had to beg for the order number from the receipt that was never given. Always went to the location on st rose never had an issue. Pray we dont get sick from having sick employees handling food. With zaxbys, wing stop, and Bojangles being your competitors right in the area you might want to do better chicken shack.

This place just doesn’t care about their customer. Don’t ever order thru Uber, if they are out of something or just don’t carry anymore, they don’t contact you to provide a refund or equal substitute. They expect you to be out of money and Uber says it’s up to Chicken Shack to refund, however Chicken Shack puts blame on Uber. I’ve had two separate orders with out of stock items and I am just out the money.

The last time I took my family to this establishment, the chicken wings were small, no meat and all bones! The people working there knew it and were laughing knowing they were cheating the public with high prices and skin and bone chicken wings. We will never go back to this location on Blue Diamond! Go to the best Chicken Shack in Las Vegas which the chicken wings are huge, service is the best with a clean and pleasant atmosphere on Spencer and Saint Rose Parkway.

Starting with the positives! The sauces are great when you actually get to try them. The chicken fingers are juicy, and the fries are hot and crispy. That is why the food receives five stars.

The service, however, is the opposite. I have ordered delivery from here multiple times, and I’m not surprised as I read over the negative comments about the lack of attention the staff at this location pays to these orders. Like many other reviews for this location, our sauces were missing from our orders for the second time. I do not recommend ordering from this location for delivery.

I paid $120 for an order of 20 chicken tenders and some macaroni and cheese. I ordered four sauces plus ranch dressing. I got absolutely no sauce and I had to go order and I’m sitting here eating this dry ass chicken

Wow! That was horrible! Dine in! Asked them turn the static down in the dining area 3x
!! Blaring static out of the speakers the whole time! The crew was all hiding in the kitchen! Asked them please turn off the radio and static in the dining area! Friend I haven’t seen in 10+ chose this place or catch up etc! They wouldn’t lower the raid after being asked 3x! !!BLARING STATIC coming out of the speakers!! Wow! That was pathetic!! 1st and Last.. after hearing good things.. That static ruined the entire experience!

I came here to get a buffalo chicken fry wrap, and there was literally no buffalo sauce on it. My wrap was bland with no flavor! This is the second time that this happened at this location. This location sucks to me!!!

Hats off to this place the girl that took my order was extremely nice great additude, the lady that cooked the food was awesome, the food is great size portions and tasty I will definitely be going back on Wednesday when they have there wing special.

Haven’t been to chicken shack for years. Went to this location met Cheryl !! Amazing lady, food is amazing the tenders are large, FRESH, heat hot great food, management is awesome! Thanks Cheryl for a great visit ❤️

I came at 9:15 pm was waiting to be helped, while I was waiting so rudely the cooks said in front of me “another customer coming in right before we are going to close” and the place doesn’t close until 10pm so that was unnecessary and unacceptable. So rude. And it’s unfortunate because I love there buffalo fries.
