This location has the worst customer service. The wait times are ridiculous, their app scanner rarely works, and they pick and choose which specials to honor in the app.

I've been going to CBTL for years & always order the same simple Ice coffee...but this location is new to me & BOY!...the worst service ever!... d male employee just stood there like a dead tree.. no smile no hello. I ordered my drink but he didn't even pay attention, I repeated it twice & even tipped him but no thank you no smile. Then the girl did my drink & its totally WRONG & blamed on him...she re-made it, slapped it on the counter no apology no smile...I THANKED her but she ignored me I THANKED her again & still ignored me...no smile etc...unbelievable!!!

Disappointed with the service and coffee quality.

I’ve always enjoyed Coffee Bean, but unfortunately this visit to Charleston location in summerlin Las Vegas was disappointing. The person preparing the coffees had a noticeably poor attitude — I said thank you three times and received no acknowledgment or response.

To make things worse, both coffees were poorly made. The overall experience left a bad taste (literally and figuratively), and I’ll be avoiding this location in the future, even though it’s the closest to my home. Hoping the team here can work on improving both their service and drink quality.

I love Coffee Bean and usually don’t leave bad reviews, but this experience was disappointing. I had a large order and was shocked at the price. I simply asked for a breakdown, and instead of helping, the cashier was rude. Then my drink was handed to me in a way that caused it to spill down the side of my freshly washed car — no apology, no napkins offered.

I normally go to the Lake Mead location where the staff are kind and respectful, even when it’s busy. I hope this location can work on improving their customer service.

This location was once GREAT. It has since just gone downhill. The last 4 trips have had things wrong. I should have stopped after the second trip but figured it was the employee. All little issues that shouldn’t happen when paying money for a product like this. Wrong sizes, to adding whip to drinks after I said no whip to it and today waiting for a much longer time for food which didn’t come with the sauce while people behind me honked. Like I said all small issues that shouldn’t happen. Fix your staffing issues with the poor service.

This is the cute store near Costco. Walk-in and the store is really warm with pretty decoration for Christmas, but none of the staff actually say hello or even pay attention to the clients and only one girl at the cashier even said something. the rest stand there and talk.

I saw there’s different options for Boba and even the strawberry Matcha green tea probably say is not great so this is American style you know but it’s just stick with a coffee.

It was an incredible non alcohol morning hand. Drew B, Helen H., Eddie, vanDam, Victoria J SNL, just some locals hanging out at the coffee bar. I miss these days. So just the smell of coffee bean coffee brings back these great memories. I was there last week here in Summerlin and touched the wooden bar counter... Still beautiful oak wood same as in 1990. If Herb is still alive... Thanks for the memories.

Just love this Coffee Bean ... the baristas are terrific & always get my order just right ✅... definitely worth breaking up with Starbucks for much smoother coffee ☕ 😋
