Got a double char burger and 2 sundaes that he family wanted to try. Loved it all. Fresh delicious and fast, we went opted for drive through due to time. Will definitely be back !

First time there. Ordered their regular Char Burger. Very good service good and good view of the prep/cooking area. Burger was excellent. Went back the next day and tried their double w out mayonnaise. Excellent as well. Also, they have peppers next to fountain drinks to add if you like. I do have to try their Shakes and onion rings as well.

I have been going to The Habit since it's original location in Goleta, CA for 40 years, and the original was Hamburger Habit. While the quality of the chain is not as good as the original, their food is still good and reminds me of the original. Their prices are getting a little ridiculous and now their service is lacking as well. During my last visit I wanted to swap avocado for Bacon on the Santa Barbara Burger. Since Avocado is more expensive than bacon, I didn't think it should be an issue. The response was, we can remove the avocado for free and charge you extra for the bacon. Wow, thanks for truly sucking! Keep up the stupid work!

I ate at the Habit when it first opened. I went back today, 20 minutes ago. It was almost $30 for the worst burgers I ever had. The buns were burnt, soggy and old. My burger was awful. They forgot one of my 3 ingredients. The most important one to me. My husband burger was so disgusting. It was not like the first burgers we had months ago. They threw the teriyaki on top of the lettuce and tomato. Not in the burger. Both burger were burnt. And to top it off it smelled like there toilets ran over with sewer on the floor. The onions rings were the only good item. They were far too few for the price. Not even Fat Burger charges that much.
