We decided to visit an old childhood favorite restaurant. The surface was great everybody that worked there was wonderful. The food however was not very good. The fried green tomatoes were orange. The fried fish was overcooked, hard and rubbery. I will go back and try again sometime and maybe it will be better. But for the price of the dishes and the quality of food they put out, absolutely not worth it. Still, the employees were amazing.
No wait time at all. We didn't have to wait long for our food. They give big servings of food, 2 people can eat one meal together. The food was fresh and delicious. We have zero complaints, we will visit again in the future!♥️
Really awesome people run this place and work here. The service is excellent and the southern food is delicious too. It's mostly fried foods on the menu with lots of seafood choices. They do offer a decent steak and burger. Their menu has a good variety of sides to choose from and get a good side salad with your meal. The sweet potato pie was served warm and was amazing.
