Yesterday, we checked out the Frijoles and Fresca spot on Charleston. We'd given another location a shot a couple of years ago, but it didn't wow us. This time, though, it hit the spot perfectly.The lady at the counter was super nice. The dining area was clean and roomy, which we liked.We went for a shrimp quesadilla, asking for it crispy, and they nailed it. The sauces on the table were tasty, too. The food was warm and delicious. The cabeza mini taco was spot on. The carne asada plate was flavorful. The lemonade with chia was fresh and delicious as well. Definitely will be back!!!
