Nice big room! Clean, quiet, good view. The bed was lumpy so I didn’t get great sleep. Compared to the other rooms in the main part of the hotel this one was far superior. Closest rooms to the conference center which is where we were most of the time. In our off time it was closest to the pool.

The hotel is average in my opinion. I feel other places I have stayed before were a bit better. The biggest issues were the way billing is handled. They use your card you initially book with to place a deposit and hold the room. It does not pay for the entire visit since ours was for a business conference. We then placed my personal card on file, which we thought was for our incidentals but it turned out it booked the whole room to my card. This now requires us to get reimbursed for our stay which is extremely inconvenient. This has to numerous other people I was attending a conference with. They were all confused by the book in process as well and also agreed the online check-in needs to be more clear. None of the restaurants we ate at inside the MGM applied the pints to our rewards account, but one restaurant. The others didn’t even offer it.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were spacious, especially the bathroom in the suite. Three frigerator work very well. However comma the door let a lot of light in underneath it, and you could actually hear a lot of what was going on in the hallway. The mattress in the bedroom clearly sagged in the middle and I literally kept slipping down from the top of the mattress towards the bottom. Staff communication was poor and confusing at times. We waited in our room for nearly four hours on our luggage to come up from storage and end it up going and getting it ourselves.

The staff at the Signature were all very pleasant, professional, courteous and efficient. Every staff member that I had contact with helped make my stay a smooth one. Housekeeping was on point. I would recommend this location to any busy professional who could use a Smooth Experience.

We Loved our room! And our stay! Everyone one was very friendly and helpful.. only reason I didn’t rate higher was because of the wait time to receive my luggage! Over an hour and 1/2 and at checkout they couldn’t find my luggage. I went from tower 2 to tower 1 a few times.

It was such a good time and stay until I left my phone in the hallway of the main MGM Grand down from the conference rooms. I was a very comfortable bed. The room having a queen sofa bed was very nice. I wish I would have grocery shopped. There was a stove!

Great place to relax after a long day of losing all my money at the casino.Stopped here after a show on my way back to my room. It's a nice quiet little spot away from the main casino floor at the bottom of Signature tower one. Drinks were made well, and the bartender was friendly and willing to go along with my nonsense requests ?. I would definitely stop by again on my next stay.

Took a vacation from the kids in august. Was let down by the amenities and the hotel overall. I think I will book at a different properly or location during my next visit. Very upset because I really liked my prior experiences at MGM Signature.

it just seem that everyone i ran into was very short tempered and acted as if we were bothering them when called or approached. i know racial tension are high but when your in a customer service business you have to learn to deal and handle all no matter what your personal preferences are. my money spend just like the next person.

The Signature was a wonderful find for a recent business trip to Las Vegas. The amenities available between the Signature & the MGM Grand were plentiful and the property was very easy to navigate. The tower itself was very quiet and comfortable, which was much welcome after the chaos that is the Strip. Helpful and personable staff, secure facility, valet parking and a comfortable room - can't ask for much more!

We booked a 1 bedroom balcony suite and we were more than impressed!! Loads and loads of space. Well equipped and cleaned everyday. Bed made and towels changed too. We had requested some plates and cutlery to be in the room a few months before our trip. When we got there non was in the room. I phoned up the front desk and I’d only just put the phone down and in less than 5 minutes someone was at the door with a leaflet asking us to tick what we wanted of the list. We came back in that night and everything we asked for was there along with complimentary washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, kitchen roll and cleaning clothes which more than made up for the initial mistake. Close enough to the strip and the monorail stops inside the complex. Lots of bars, restaurants, entertainment, food hall, shops, casino, swimming pools & obviously a big casino. The suite had hot tub, two separate showers, two separate toilets and a fully equipped kitchen. Dining table, TV’s, safe, loads of hanging space for clothes, massive fridge with ice maker. The list could go on. I will be staying here again when I come back. Had everything I needed and more.

Glitch in system overcharged my card every day during our stay luckily my wife don't have overdraft protection on her cashapp card & my wife transferred Money off her card to me in case places only accept debit cards connected to a checking account. If we wasn't lucky her cashapp account would be overdrafted

We were celebrating our 30th anniversary and thought the signature looked like a nice property especially since we don't gamble that much. We paid for early check in, due to flying all night, but upon arrival we were told a room wasn't available. The clerk said he could "upgrade" us to an available room. The room wasn't an upgrade, it was the same room we paid for. The clerk did give us a $50 food/beverage voucher for our inconvenience. Once we settled in our room around 11:00am the thumping bass from the "day club" swimming pool at MGM Grand started. After flying all night, we just wanted to take a nap but couldn't because of the loud music which would be going on until 6pm. We called to request another room. The agent on the phone told us all rooms were sold out. I requested to speak to a manger who was able to move us to a room in Tower 3. It was much quieter, but quite a walk from everything and the Tower 3 pool was closed for the duration of our stay and neither pool 1 or 2 were adult only as advertised. Finally, one night my husband went down to ask for an extra bag for our ice bucket as housekeeping didn't leave one. When he asked the desk clerk for the bag she asked if we had booked with a 3rd party. We had booked directly with the hotel, so she gave him the bag. Apparently, if you use a 3rd party to book you could receive a lower level of customer service. Overall, the hotel wasn't what we expected. The rooms were nice enough and we enjoyed the whirlpool tub, but we wouldn't stay here again.

Excellent place to stay, we had a Penthouse Suite on the 32 floor, overlooking the Strip, which was amazing. The room was lovely and everywhere was immaculate, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The passage through from the Signature to the MGM Grand was great and took no time at all, but, it was lovely to come back to a nice, quiet and sedate hotel, leaving all of the noise and hustle and bustle behind.
